We went for the first time at the Beachwood location on Christmas Eve. Staff was very pleasant (maybe a little short staffed). Food was delicious. Atmosphere was nice. Very Good overall.

We'd almost given up on Firebirds, but this visit renewed our appreciation of this chain. I had the cajun ribeye (my usual) and my wife had the filet. Both were good cuts of meat, perfectly cooked and served hot. I had the soutwest potatoes (a favorite of mine) and they were good, although the potatoes in the dish semed to be inconsistently cooked -- some were properly done, others were undercooked, and the cheese sauce was a little overwhelming. Our last couple of visits to this Firebirds seemed less than satisfying, but tonight's visit reestablished our trust in this chain. Hopefully this trend continues. Oh, and the carrot cake was delicious.

Christamas Eve lunch, they did not have any Christmas Ale or Chistmas style beer but offed up an Octoberfest that was still available? They did not have many common spirits to make some pretty basic drinks.

We were out celebrating my mom‘s 74th birthday. Everything went smoothly. They were able to accommodate our large party during the holidays and allowed us to use the private room, which was truly a Christmas gift because it allow my family to all sit together and fellowship Thank you. our waitress was courteous and efficient.

4 of us had dinner on a Friday night. Our server, Brian, was attentive and conscientious. 3 of us had meals that we really enjoyed. However, the prime rib that our 4th person ordered was inedible. He ordered it medium and it was served very rare-bright red and cold. He sent it back to be cooked more. When it came back and he cut into it, it was fatty and gristly and he couldn’t eat it past 1-2 bites. He sent it back, the manager came, and it was removed from the bill. He didn’t want another entree but he did want dessert. I believe that should have been comped, but it was surprisingly on the check. We didn’t make a big deal about it, but it would’ve been nice. We’ll probably be back, but will never order the prime rib.

Our waiter was excellent. Our food was superb. One of the couples made a special request, and the waiter easily accommodated the request. I had a filet mignon and some shrimp. The filet was done perfectly; the shrimp was extremely tasty. The garlic mashed potatoes were excellent. We would definitely come again.

The service there was amazing and so was the food! It tasted so good. The server came in every time we needed them without even saying anything. I love coming here. Amazing time every time.

Celebrating our annual sibling holiday outing. Everyone raved about the food. The service was excellent and staff was very friendly!! Firebirds will definitely be a go to spot from now on!
