Reservation at 5. Ignored by wait staff until 5:45 when I had to request help at the host area. Had a manager helping my table all night. Food was ok but was at the restaurant for 2 hours and spent over $300. Doubtful that I will ever go back. Too many other restaurants to try to deal with such bad service no matter how good their ahi tuna was.

Service was horrible. There was a delay of 10 minutes after seating before the waitress came to the table. We order water, J Lohr Cab. and my wife also requested a coffee. Seven minutes later, the waitress returned with the water and asked what kind of wine we wanted. Five minutes later, she return with the wine. Still no bread. Still no coffee. The bread finally comes. My wife and both ordered steak when we ordered our beverages. I request medium rare and my wife orders hers medium. Her steak was cooked to perfection. Mine was medium well and dry. We have good experiences in the past and that was why we chose Firebird's. We ate there in January and it was a little less than our expectations. It has gone downhill since then. We won't be back.

Everything was great except for one thing. We were there so my wife could have her prime rib. After ordering the waiter came back and said they had none. That was very disappointing for her.

A wonderful. Mo was an excellent server. Food was great. Cheesecake heavenly. And the people at surrounding tables were great! The 2 gentleman who surprised us with a treat - THANK YOU! I needed that reassurance that ppl are good.

The food came out late the server was new so I receive my drinks late . It wasn’t the best .

The food was perfect, so delicious. Prices are somewhat steep for Seniors. Daryl was our server & he was very attentive & provided us with great service.
