We’ve been going here for many years because it had been one of my favorite restaurants, but tonight was my birthday and the worst experience ever! The hostesses were rude when I asked to sit further from the door on a cold night. The place was fairly empty and we had a reservation so you’d think we could sit where we want. The waiter was horrible! We waited 15 minutes just for drinks and bread. Our reservation was at 5:30pm on Friday 11/22, it wasn’t busy yet! It’s like he kept forgetting we were even there. The food was overcooked and cold and they charged me for my birthday dessert. I think we’re done with Firebirds! 😡

Enjoyed the ambiance and great waiter. Food was good - potatoes too salty and steak on the tough side but generally good!

The food is always great, but this time the service was a little rocky. I think our waitress was new. We had a party of seven and taking orders was chaotic for her, though we went in order in a circle she missed a few orders and walked away before asking everyone to order. We had to flag down to come back. She also did not check on us often and we all ran out of drinks multiple times. Overall, the food was good, as usual, but we’ve definitely had better service in the past.

Went for a free meal for veterans. We all ordered steaks and we were not disappointed. They were done to perfection. Service was great.
