My current visit at Firebirds was disappointing and I used to love this place. Undercooked salmon and first time ever in my life I had to return food back to the kitchen. Second salmon they brought was almost the same- how can you mess this up twice? Side fresh veggies was supposed to be zucchini, pepper, carrots, broccoli and onion- it contained over 70% onion. Service by the waiter was great.

The change in the time from the happy hour I’m sure is annoying people. It has now gone to 11 AM to 6 PM every day instead of 11 to 630 Monday to Friday..

My wife took me to Firebirds for my birthday lunch and it was very good. We started with an appetizer the spinach lobster queso, with tortilla chips, it was delicious. For my wife’s entree, she the wood grilled salmon, with roasted veggies and ancient grains pilaf, which she throughly enjoyed. I had the Lobster Fondue Salmon Grilled Salmon topped with lobster and spinach fondue, served with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes, and it was very good. My Salmon was a tad overcooked on the end, but it was still an overall outstanding meal. Because it was my birthday, our server Kelsey (who was very good) brought over a complementary dessert of crème brûlée with one candle on top. We’ve been to Firebirds several times over the years, and we’ve never been disappointed.

Wanted to love it here, and I feel like I got here an off night. It took a while to get served. I waited 35 minutes for my appetizer to arrive, only it didn't. It was my main course - which was lukewarm. The food tasted good but the experience was disastrous.
