Waiter asked me if I wanted a second Old Fashion and had to inform him I did not receive my first. He was surprised and immediately brought the drink to me but was watered down from ice melting. He did offer to bring a fresh drink but I declined. I ordered a rib eye with mushrooms and onions but was served a sirloin - very fatty - and no mushrooms and onions. Waiter was apologetic and our table received free dessert - little squares of a brulee cheese cake. Three others in my party had no issues and enjoyed the food and service. I would still recommend Firebird's and believe this was a one-off issue and not their standard service.

Our server was excellent! Food and drinks were very good! Definitely a little loud! Would definitely go back!

Our server acted like she didn’t wanna be there!We picked your restaurant to celebrate our 43rd Anniversary and now I wished we picked somewhere else! The food was okay but we were told the appetizer we wanted was not available because you ran out! It was 7:00.

Great food and the best service we have ever had at any restaurant. Angela and the rest of the staff made our night a very special treat.

Wine selection was good. My husband loves steak and I love fish. They had Salmon and Chilean Sea Bass. I had the Bass and it was fantastic. We arrived 20 minutes early for our reservation and were seated immediately.

my cobb salad contained "bacon" the size of a golf ball, very hard and stuck together. When I pointed it out to the server, her response was 'oh, they were trying to give you extra'. Poor response. The bacon was so dried and hard it could have broken a tooth.
