Welcome to Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Frederick! We are an American Restaurant and Steakhouse known for our scratch kitchen, bold flavors and inviting atmosphere.     Upon arrival we were seated immediately. Logan our server was very helpful and freindly. Everyone enjoyed their choices of food very much.

    The server Logan and her trainee Ty were attentive throughout the experience. I was meeting family coming from different areas and I arrived early. I was seated right away and never felt rushed. Throughout the dining experience our servers checked in often. I enjoyed the experience and will highly recommend this restaurant.

    We had an amazing time for my daughter’s birthday . Service was great, food was delicious and we were seated right away. We will definitely return .

    Excellent food. Excellent service. The waiter Sonny was very knowledgeable. Would recommend for date night or business night.

    Everything was fantastic from the quick seating with our reservation, pacing of getting drinks and the 3 course meal. The food was excellent and our server was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about options to help in our selection. A wonderful evening out.

    My wife and I went there for our Valentine's Day dinner. We remembered when the location was the Macaroni Grill. We could see some renovations had been made and their good ones. We had reservations and we were quickly seated. Service was good, but too many times we were asked if everything was okay. Glad for some attention, but it was a wee bit too much. The bread they served was not very good and we told each other that we wished they got the Macaroni Grill's recipe for their rosemary focaccia served with olive oil and an herb mixture. I usually asked to have some grated Parmesan added to take it up a notch. My rib eye was cooked to medium rare perfection. You would be surprised how many restaurants cannot cook a steak properly. The asparagus was steamed too much before grilling and some had not had the wooden bottom removed. My wife's Chilean Sea Bass was also cooked to perfection and she cleaned the dish. We took a slice of chocolate mousse cake home with us and it was delicious. We will go back there again to dine.
