Our server was Gracie and she was phenomenal. Plan on requesting her for next time. Food was exceptional as always. We will be back soon!

One of my favorite places to have steak…. The server, Amber, was AMAZING. Everything about the night was beautiful

The best experience we’ve had at Firebirds yet! We had such great food,and great service we will be back soon and will recommend to all of our friends! Especially for a very busy Valentines night they did an awesome job!

This was worst experience from start to finish I have ever had with this restaurant. What a let down of a Valentine’s Day and a huge waste of money! This was so bad, we won’t be back. Had reservations and got straight to our table. Waited an hour at our table and while waiting had went thru appetizer snd 2 glasses of tea. Finally we were not hungry. Waitress said it would be a long wait on our food. We told her to just box it up and we would take it home. My husband ordered a “ Flounder Sandwich” and it was 3 fish sticks between a bun for 16.49! Rip off. Never again.

Enjoyed a wonderful pre Valentine’s dinner with my wife. Although busy our service was excellent and our server Chloe was top shelf. She takes great pride in her work. Other service people that waited on us were great as well. The food was delicious. It’s great to know Fort Mill has the best Firebirds location in the Charlotte area. Well done. Thank you again Chloe!

Was a great experience from beginning to end. Seated immediately in a high energy atmosphere as conversations were being held. Service was prompt and attentive. Drinks were spot on from the bar and suggestions from server were great. Food was delicious hot and fresh. Will return to Firebirds for sure!
