    I love Firebirds. It’s my absolute fav place. I understand it being a holiday, short staffed and staff over worked. I got the blue cheese filet which is always my go to. I asked for my steak to be medium well, it was medium and the blue cheese sauce honestly had no real taste. My boyfriend asked for his steak to be medium, it was medium rare. I’m not big on red meat to begin with but didn’t want to be that person to send something back so I just dealt with it n brought the rest home for the boyfriend to eat as left overs. Their baked potatoes are always on point tho! Our poor server was all over the place. Honestly not sure how many tables the poor girl had, it took us a while to get drinks. There were just the 2 of us but kinda glad things took that long as we didn’t feel rushed and it was relaxing. I’ll still return because the quality of food, service and pricing can’t be beat. You’ll always be my go to for special occasions and not so special occasions. Keep up the good work!

    First let’s talk about the drinks. The white Sangria was delicious with lots of fruit and very festive looking. The beers were cold and tasty. We ordered a Filet medium which was done to perfection without an ounce of fat. The steak fries were hot and salted perfectly. The California salad was delicious and a very generous portion. The bread brought to the table was hot and delicious as well. Our waitress was attentive and happy. The atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxing despite being very busy. Definitely make a reservation.

    1. Waited for 35 minutes past reservation time. 2. Cocktail was 30 minutes in the waiting and wrong alcohol once eventually delivered. 3. Dinner salad came just prior to entree when another at the table got theirs much earlier or as is typical. 4. Filet Mignon ordered Medium and waiter verified pink throughout. Steak was delivered Well done and quite chewy. 5. Wait staff not seen when needed for 2,3&4 above 6. Ambience was not conducive for enjoying dinner conversation. Very loud and quite cramped. Overall, a very disappointing experience for three people and $170. The restaurant cannot compete with other highly rated Steak eateries. At best, just another Texas Roadhouse, except for very high price points. I won’t go back. I won’t go back.

    We made a reservation for 4 at 6 pm several weeks ago, arrived on time, and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Our entrees did not arrive for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. My filet mignon was good. My husband's steak had clearly been done early and sat waiting for the rest of the group. We had to ask for bread to hold us over and our waitress rarely checked on us. We will not be returning to Firebirds.
