   The place was wonderful but the were very busy, food and drinks took way too long and our food was lukewarm at best. The server tried to be attentive but she had a lot. If they had more staff they would be able to offer a better experience!

   We ordered the baby back ribs, steak fries, and BLT salad. Everything, including the fresh bread and iced tea, was excellent! The service was very good. The only thing I would say that could have been better was that there was food and some trash under our table that should have been cleaned.

   I usually have a great experience here but not tonight. Our waitress was not very friendly and seemed annoyed to wait on us. She was very slow to get our drink and food orders. Then after we ordered she told us the kitchen lost our ticket and she needed to confirm our order again. This was about 45 minutes into waiting. She never apologized or offered to even comp our appetizer. Finally got our food over an hour into being there. Again she was not friendly or apologetic at all. Then someone came out and told me they needed to remake my order because it had basil on it. I told her that was necessary. She thought I had an allergy…very odd. We were 1 of 2 tables on the patio at the time. Disappointed but I’ll go again I’m sure. The food was ok. I had shrimp pasta. Meh.

   We had a very good experience overall! The food was amazing, exceeding our expectations in both flavor and presentation. The reservation and check-in process were smooth and efficient, making for a great start to our visit. Our waiter was polite and attentive, but it was clear they were stretched very thin. While the restaurant wasn’t full, the food took longer than expected to arrive, leading us to assume there may have been a staffing challenge. Despite the slight delay, the quality of the meal and the overall experience made it well worth the visit. We would definitely return!

   Food was cooked perfectly just as we asked. My lemonade drop martini was not the usual, it hardly had any lemon flavor. My daughter’s dirty martini also did not taste like the usual. We did not say anything to the waiter about it, though.

   Usually always have an issue with seating hostess. It’s always something. This time we were the only ones waiting to be seated for our reservation and it took her 10 minutes to seat us because she was packing up to go orders. The ribs are always perfect-this time the barbecue sauce was on too thick…but otherwise good. The chicken penne pasta was undercooked, but good flavor. I would say service is usually hit or miss. This time it was a 3.5 out of 5…pretty good. The kitchen seemed kind of slow getting our entree’s out, but it wasn’t horrible. It’s a very good restaurant, and there aren’t that many really good ones in the Polaris area…so I’ll give them another chance, but they really need to figure out how to not have customers waiting while to go orders are being packed up.

   Not nearly enough staff. Food is nothing special, particularly for the price. The staff there was working very hard, just not enough of them .

   Always good but for the first time a steak was over cooked x 2. Thought: unless request is for well done, thickness DOES matter. 4 of us got the same thing, but 1 was flat (thin) and got overcooked. The other 3 were much thicker and done great. It's kind of a no brainer 🤷
