El restaurante Dressler's es un restaurante contemporáneo de lujo en donde los comensales podrán cenar en el patio, y propone un menú de filetes, mariscos preparados con imaginación y aperitivos creativos, combinados con una extensa lista de vinos y un bar de servicio completo que se especializa en Martinis, oportos y whiskies de malta. El Dressler's cuenta con un grupo de gerentes muy unidos que han trabajado juntos durante muchos años. El chef Scott Hollingsworth, el gerente John Glenn, y el gerente del bar Kevin McNamara, han trabajado con el dueño del restaurante Jon Dressler, durante 17 años en total. Reserve ‘The Treatment Table’ for a fun, social, and delicious dinner experience this week. Gather your crew of up to ten mates and book this table for a tasting tour of our menu offerings, both on and off the menu. Located under our covered patio in the heart of Birkdale Village, we’re the perfect spot to kick back, relax with family or friends, and experience our seafood meant for sharing. All guests at the table must participate in the tasting tour for $70 a person. The best part? The Treatment also raises $5 per guest for the charity we are partnering with at the moment.

The Halibut was perfectly prepared and the price was reasonable, as was the oyster appetizer .

We entered for our reservation on a Sunday evening at 7:30. Restaurant was very quiet. Tip- Birkdale is crazy busy on Friday/Saturday. Sunday evenings a lot more managable. We decide to dine at the bar. Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. We had 2 lovely handcrafted cocktails. Hugo spritz and the disco nights. Dinner was: -scallops- just perfectly seared and medium rare internally. - Seared Tuna. Great flavor but one slice was from the end and had no pink/red. - Shrimp cocktail- a tad bland but amazing cocktail sauce. - House salad- really solid! - Brussels Sprouts special/side. Just ok. Some were quite hard still, no real sear and under seasoned. - Carrot cake. Great flavor. Was just too cold and dense from refrigeration. If it was just slightly warmed or served at room temperature would have been on the chain delicious. Glad they switched the concept and look forward to another meal there in the upcoming months.

We were a group of 4. The food was great and the service was impeccable and friendly. Tapa sized meals and a small selection of regular sized entrees. All were excellent. Wine by the glass comes on 2 sizes, 3oz and 6oz. They offered a nice selection of wine by the bottle. We will be back. It was a very nice night out.

Enjoyed dinner this evening @finandfinoclt in Birkdale with a long-time friend. The restaurant vibe was nice, and the food was delicious and customerservice was great. If you enjoy seafood and oysters, I highly recommend the Bineville Oysters

Date night at fin and fino Birkdale did not disappoint. All of the staples of the uptown location (which we love) with the convenience of Birkdale. Wait staff was attentive and had great recommendations.

Fantastic dinner! we did the treatment which I highly recommend. Wonderful value and you get to try many different menu items. Service by Alex was terrific. The only issue we had was one of the courses we were served was an off menu item of calamari which was clearly processed not fresh. I have been eating calamari for a long time and have never seen calamari that looked like what we were presented. Although the taste of the sauce was delicious, it was very offputting and was the only item we did not care for. Considering the quality of the seafood at Fin & Fino, putting this out was kind of an embarrassment to the restaurant.
