Entree came out cold. Sent it back and it came out cold again. My daughter also sent hers back for the same reason.

It is loud as other people have mentioned, but it has a fun energy. The service was good. The complimentary focaccia bread and olives was delicious. If you want a burger, maybe skip this place, pizza looked good, though we did not have that. The scallops were tasty, lots of flavor. I recommend trying something outside the "safe" choices.

I was really looking forward to dining here as I enjoy their other locations. The space is absolutely stunning, but the service was not good. We sat there looking around, searching for our waiter half the time. The food was just OK but the stand out was the pizza which was great. One of the biggest problems was the noise they had a terrible band playing and initially they sat us right next to them. I couldn't take one minute of it so I asked to be moved and they let me move, which was really great and accommodating but the band was so loud That the people around us were complaining everyone was complaining. It was just an unpleasant experience.

Overall an amazing Christmas Eve dinner. Definitely worth a visit. The food was great and so was the atmosphere. Wish our server was a little bit more attentive.

Food was good, however and some dishes were lacking in flavor. Service was disappointing however and took a while to be seen and needed to ask for more drinks when empty as well as items to be bused.

This was our second time in one week dining at Felina. Our experience on Thursday night with our server Alejandro was excellent — and the evening was as pleasant as could be with great food, service, music and atmosphere. We returned 2 days later with another couple and our experience was a little different as we had a different server. Food was still excellent. But service was unusually slow and inattentive. Our server from Thursday night — Alejandro — kept coming over to save the day. He is professional and courteous and a prized addition to the staff. Perhaps he should train the new staff. We will return again to this exciting new restaurant — but request a table where Alejandro is the server.
