Fatto a Mano serves authentic Neapolitan pizza, sides and more. We use fresh ingredients in a warm, friendly environment. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we’re able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.

We use independent producers as long term partners, including Fior Di Latte Mozzarella sourced from Caserta, and wines imported directly from private Italian growers. The pizzeria menu features classics such as margherita, salsiccia e friarielli, and diavola, whilst also featuring modern additions including lasagna pizza, homemade arancini, our own vegan ‘nduja pizza and scugnizielli dessert.

Our Neapolitan pizzeria is in the middle of Covent Garden’s buzzy theatre-district. We’re a few doors down from the English National Opera, with a view of Trafalgar Square on our doorstep.

PIZZA

Naples is the birthplace of pizza… Soft and pillowy, rather than thin and crispy or a pizza pie. Our dough is made by us every day, proved for a minimum of 24 hours, then topped by our pizzaioli who cook every pizza in our ovens at 450+ degrees. Buon appetito!

We were out for a meal as part of a Hen Party. It took 40 minutes for starters to arrive and another hour before pizza arrived. Four out of nine pizza orders were wrong: including two that were taken separately because of food allergies. The waiter in charge of upstairs was rude, dismissive and unnecessarily patted us on the shoulders telling us to wait. The front of house manager was SUPERB at resolving the situation. Within fifteen minutes she had got the missing pizzas to our table and sorted another round of drinks. She generously reduced our bill to reflect the poor service and rescued our evening. The initial poor service was disappointing as the food was delicious. Would return because of how well the front of house manager responded once she knew the problem.

Booked for a group of six after seeing lots of high ratings but disappointed by the pizza. We ordered different flavours and they were all so wet. Not sure if we just got a bad day but there were pools of tomato sauce on everyone’s plates. Not awful pizza but not as nowhere near as good as everyone describes. Service is good and the staff friendly and good on allergies. However, the tables are so close together that it doesn’t make for the most comfortable dining experience. Franco Manca does it better and wish we’d book there instead in hindsight.

Pre theatre dining so we needed everything speedy - seating, orders, drinks, food & the bill. It was and the pizzas and aubergine parmigiana were delicious. Great service - thank you!

Food was exceptional. Service was lacking - felt a bit invisible! Asked for table water with my wine and pizza cut up (as we were offered this) and we got neither. Waited half an hour in total to get the bill and pay for it. The food is amazing though 😋
