Fatto a Mano serves authentic Neapolitan pizza, sides and more. We use fresh ingredients in a warm, friendly environment. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we’re able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.

We use independent producers as long term partners, including Fior Di Latte Mozzarella sourced from Caserta, and wines imported directly from private Italian growers. The pizzeria menu features classics such as margherita, salsiccia e friarielli, and diavola, whilst also featuring modern additions including lasagna pizza, homemade arancini, our own vegan ‘nduja pizza and scugnizielli dessert.

Our Neapolitan pizzeria is in the middle of Covent Garden’s buzzy theatre-district. We’re a few doors down from the English National Opera, with a view of Trafalgar Square on our doorstep.

                            Naples is the birthplace of pizza… Soft and pillowy, rather than thin and crispy or a pizza pie. Our dough is made by us every day, proved for a minimum of 24 hours, then topped by our pizzaioli who cook every pizza in our ovens at 450+ degrees. Buon appetito!

                                                                                                                              Pizzas were excellent, the service was a let down with a patroniser waiter when it came to allergies requirements (I feel more training is needed for sure) and pizza toppings swapping and “No I can’t do” attitude manager when the request we made was no real hassle. Little advice: I am aware you were in really touristic area so perhaps you win by default but try to be more friendly and more helpful with customers.

                                                                                                                              This place is great, for a busy evening I felt that everyone was on hand in a seamless way and even went things went slightly wrong they were able to more than make up for it, in a genuine way. Food is delicious, dessert especially so, drinks were great too. Thank you so much!

                                                                                                                              Really great pizza. Bases were light and airy. Higher quality toppings than usual central London offer. An appreciated step-up from big chains. Definitely book on weekend evenings. This place is popular and very well-located, nr theatres galleries and Trafalgar Square. Acoustically, I found restaurant upstairs pretty loud and challenging, if that’s an issue for you. I found conversation quite difficult, but it was a busy Saturday night.
