Fabulous dinner on the terrace at a fire table. Even tho it is December we were very comfortable and no issues with the cold. Food, drinks and service amazing.. highly recommended

Our knowledgeable wait staff had the menu and wine list in hand with helpful comments about any choices we were torn between. The starters, salads, main courses, desserts, cocktails and wines were all 5-star. Pleasant ambient music in the background. Appealing decor and bonus gingerbread Christmas display in the lobby on the way to the restaurant. We'll be back.

Tristan was our server today and his attention was amazing, we talked with him in Spanish a little when he recommended a drink and something special to get diner. Lovely environment to get fine dining.

Angela the manager was really nice and our sever Was very engaging and helpful with our selection of wine to go with our meal choices the prices are more then what I expected. I do not honour much do to the prices of meals. It was a nice place for sure.

My first time eating here. Our party of 4 absolutely loved it!! Great ambience, great food and excellent service! We ate dinner indoors but had a night cap on the patio. The patio is a great place to sit back and enjoy an evening. Fire table and blankets for the ladies made it very cozy. Well done Fathom! We will definitely come back!!

We went here to look at the Gingerbread Showcase as well as go for lunch and was very pleasantly surprised on how delicious our meals were. The service was fantastic and we really enjoyed our time there.

No ambience in a cold open space with a draft door to the outside. There was no atmosphere or intimacy about the setting. The food was poor quality and one step above fast food. Always a little suspicious when the order arrives very soon after it is placed. Pleasant staff but not worth the visit on any level. Sorry to be negative but Victoria can do better than this

The person at the desk when arriving at the restaurant was rude. Loeft my phone after the dining experience and the level of "care factor" was poor. Front reception desk at the hotel was no better. Actually called the hotel twice that evening to book and the phone went unanswered so had to use online booking service which was part of the argument when we arrived as he said we booked incorrectly. When we rang the front reception desk originally to try and see if the "Fondue Festive Experience" on the Terrace was on this weekend we were told NO. The whole experience was ruined by the terrible staff and we spent over $200 in the Terrace restaurant and over $100 in the Terrace Lounge for a few pre dinner drinks. Will be telling all our friends of the terrible experience and the low quality of customer service at this hotel. Had to return twice after the dinner before getting my phone back. Thanks for making me do two return trips in the cold wet weather.

Your dinner reservation was made for the Restaurant, not the Terrace as you discovered upon arrival. We worked around this and found you a table on the Terrace. Terrace was warm even in late fall, but fondue flame kept extinguishing. Great seafood charcuterie.
