We had a very enjoyable lunch in this very lovely old pub. The food was good with local beers and wines too. It also catered for gluten free meals.

Went for lunch on a Thursday the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious with plenty of choices, the decor and atmosphere suited us perfectly. We will definitely be back again.

Our dinner was great. We had such a helpful attendant she was welcoming and answered all of our questions and if the answer was unknown would check and report back. The hotel has a fabulous wine list focused on local. I will dine here again.

We were visiting Daylesford and it was recommended by mates. So we had dinner there and the steak I had was delicious and just right. Recommend it when in Daylesford. The service was friendly and attentive.

Wonderful restaurant would absolutely recommend. The food was delicious - The oysters especially were so fresh. The cocktails were outstanding! Everyone working was so incredibly lovely. We loved everything.

We had a table of eight. Not many options to choose from and what we had was very ordinary food. Trying to be too different and it’s not working. The venison pie was just that a pie and what looked like frozen carrots in it. I recommended the venue as I was there a couple of years ago and the food was excellent… what happened! Will not recommend to friends again.
