Farm Bar is a neighborhood farm-to-table restaurant with locations in Ravenswood and Lakeview. We serve approachable midwestern fair with local, organic ingredients from our own Brown Dog Farm in Mineral Point Wisconsin. Stop by for dinner to indulge in our Classic Burger and famous Wisconsin Cheese Curds, or bring the whole family for lunch. Our mixologists behind the bar will happily shake up handcrafted cocktails or pour a glass of local wine to pair with brunch on the weekends. Join us for homestyle cooking, friendly faces and a table that feels like home. We limit our environmental footprint by using a digital menu linked to our tables with a QR code. We understand that some guests may require a paper menu, and one can be provided with a list of standards items upon request. In order to meet added costs from the city, we've added a voluntary 3% COB fee to our checks. We understand that rising costs affect our guests too, so we will remove this fee upon request.

The food was excellent, but the music was loud, making it difficult to hear others talking at the table. Also, the restaurant was very cold. I had to wear my coat the whole time while eating. They even had a portable floor heater next to the bar. I'm sure it will be more pleasant in the summer.

Our waitress Veronica really made my birthday special. The huevos rancheros was delicious and there was a healthy portion size. I would go back with a smaller group since the restaurant is pretty compact. I believe they have outdoor seating but since it was so cold, everyone was indoors. I liked it and would go back!

Best Shaskshuka for brunch! Great neighbirhood restaurant with free street parking in the neighborhood.

Overall the experience was extremely poor. The service was slow (15 minutes for drinks multiple times) and not very knowledgeable (asked if I wanted Dry Gin in my Manhattan). They bought out all the food at the same time (apps and main courses) and rushed us through our meal. Then asked us to leave after I had been there for an hour so they could give our table up for a reservation. Multiple tables around us were left alone and had been there longer than we had. Will not return and do not recommend.

I want to love this place but it is actually just OK. The menu is rather limited and fairly basic. We have been seated at the same table both times that we have gone to the restaurant, it looks right at the women's restroom and it is by the kitchen. I have a couple pet peeves, one, they still have a QR code menu, two, they have an additional service fee percentage added to your bill which you can ask to take off but nobody does and it is added to over priced food and three you have to pay your bill via the QR code., can't the servers do this for the 20+ % tip and the added service fee?? Not sure I will be back.

The food and drinks were great! The caesar salad was phenomenal and so was the braised short rib. The Christmas ambiance was also so warming. Will definitely be going back!

The drinks were delicious! I had 2 spicy margaritas that I loved!! Wonderful salmon cooked just the way I like! Desserts to die for❤️ Our server Veronica was so fun and added to the wonderful experience. Would definitely go back again!!!
