El Fallon & Byrne, ubicado a poca distancia de la calle Grafton Street, cree en la buena comida, en el buen vino y en la mejor de las compañías. El Fallon & Byrne está situado en un edificio histórico impresionante de 4 plantas y es la meca culinaria premiada de Dublín y el lugar ideal para comer algo delicioso. Este restaurante de estilo brasserie es elegante y se encuentra en la planta superior, donde la luz fluye a través de los ventanales, en una de las estancias más bonitas de la ciudad, que también cuenta con un elegante bar de cócteles. Sirve cocina moderna irlandesa estilo bistró en un ambiente animado y relajado y es conocido por sus costillas de ternera y papas fritas y su Knickerbocker Glory. El restaurante está en el primer piso. En la planta baja tienen tienda y en la inferior un wine celler. La decoración y el mobiliario es estupendo. El personal y la comida, también estupendo. El nivel de ruido es alto.

The quality of the food was outstanding, the attention to detail with the presentation of the meals was appreciated, servings were generous and it was value for money at €40 for a two course lunch. The service was polite and attentive and the room is beautiful. Ideal for a meal when you want to catch up, you have plenty of room between tables and it feels private. Visiting feels like a treat. Loved it and will come back.

Disappointing that the steak didn’t come with béarnaise sauce option. Love this dining room but service very patchy: pushy to get food order in and then almost had to beg for the wine menu

Went to Fallon & Bryne Dining Room on a recommendation from a local and I was not disappointed. The food was amazing. But the staff was the star. I will definitely be back and highly recommend others to check it out too.
