Join us in our grand Congressional Ballroom on the 3rd floor enjoy favorites like made-to-order breakfast tacos, gingerbread French toast and cookie decorating. Plus, families are invited to share in the spirit of the season by bringing new toy donations to support Dell Children's Holiday Village. Suggested donations include new items suitable for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and adolescents. Brunch Seating begins at 10:00am. What a wonderful experience at the Santa Brunch! A great bunch that we will now make a holiday tradition. The Fairmont did an incredible job. The only thing that held us back from 5 stars was Santa. I’m no expert on pretend Santas, but it was the first time my daughters said ‘that’s definitely not Santa.’ Other than that it was a blast.

The cooks, servers, staff, and management were professional, welcoming, and tried with no avail to make a very underwhelming overpriced experience worth the price. With that said, dinner in a ballroom, sparcely decorated, mediocre entertainment left me disappointed that I spent over $600 for me and two members of my family to eat dinner. I should have opted for a restaurant meal as I did last year for half the price.

The food was subpar for any price, let alone for $150 per person. I expected a carving station, not a pre-carved station. The turkey, ham and prime rib were boneless... Reminded more of the turkey served at Dennys year around. I expected a full size turkey and ham to be sitting there being carved especially at this price. I think most people have caught wind of how bad this place is for Thanksgiving given how empty it was.

We expected alot more from a thanksgiving buffet and it did not meet our expectations compared to other restaurants and hotels we have been to.

Went for the Thanksgiving dinner in the ballroom. The food was really good and plentiful. The staff was very polite, friendly and attentive.

Room was too large and band was too loud. The food was not hot and tasted like store bought. Very disappointed. We paid $352.00 for 2 people including a service charge and $ 30 to park. At this caliber of hotel, the room should have been set up more intimate and with table rounds and not a combo

Worst Thanksgiving meal ever. When I think Fairmont I think luxury, high end, not at all what was delivered on Thanksgiving. For the $130.00 p/p with a service charge of $25.00 p/p I was not expecting a cavernous banquet hall, with folky rock live music and awful food. The only warm food was the macaroni and cheese at the kids table. Carving Stations were locations with pre-cut meat sitting under a light being served, the exact opposite of what a carving station should be. We have had wonderful Thanksgiving meals in the past at the Four Seasons, thought the Fairmont would stack up but I was dead wrong. Save your money in the future and go somewhere else. Others I know contacted the hotel with complaints and were transferred to Royal Services who could have cared less about our experiences. Next year back to the Four Seasons or the Driskill.

This was the second time we have done this experience. For what it is (quality of food *and* service, ambiance) it is overpriced. We will not do it again. It is not worth it.

$130 per adult, expected a little higher quality offerings like shrimp cocktail, for example. Overall, the food was pretty good, the ham was dry but ample selection basically. Disappointed that valet parking was so expensive.
