Fabrik is the intersect of fine dining and mom & pop restaurant hosted in an intimate micro restaurant space. We offer a 5 and 7-Course tasting at 6pm, and a 7-Course tasting at 8:30pm Wed-Sun. Fabrik's current menu focuses on Japanese, Nordic, and Italian flavor profiles. Fabrik is 100% independently owned and operated.

Led by Executive Chef-Owner Je Wallerstein, Fabrik is Austin’s first 100-percent plant-based tasting restaurant featuring curated menus that highlight the seasonality and diversity of plant-based cuisine in an upscale, sophisticated setting. With sustainability as a priority in our approach, we source produce and ingredients from local growers and provisioners wherever possible. We offer an eclectic selection of vegan, biodynamic and organic wines, including an optional wine pairing. Fabrik also offers saké as well as a range of non-alcoholic options.

Absolutely delicious and the food presentation was marvelous. Was amazed that what I was eating was vegan. Can’t wait to try the other seasonal menus!

This is the fourth time we have gone to Fabrik, and every meal has been truly fantastic. We did the 7 course menu and one of us did the wine pairing. Each course was a mix of fantastic seasonal flavors. The wine pairing was a perfect match to the dishes. The servers were knowledgeable about the food and the wine. This is a wonderful restaurant for celebrating a special occasion.

Vegetables! But so delicious, varied, and extremely filling. We LOVED, & want to come bk for the spring menu!! Such a cute space too,, esp the back room.

Fantastic tasting menu and fairly reasonable compared to similar experiences elsewhere. Excellent service. Seven courses, and the quantity was such that we left full and content but not overstuffed. So good that I almost licked the plates! We have already booked in here for after the menu changes.

Fabrik was one of the best vegetarian focused restaurants I have been to. Each dish was meticulously crafted as a work of art, designed to bring forth unique combinations of flavors and thoroughly satisfying textures. Rather than attempt to imitate meat, Fabrik is one of the few vegan restaurants that recognizes the deliciousness that can be uncovered from simple ingredients and thoughtful experimentation. The service was also exceptional, with the wait staff catering to requests quite amiably. The ambiance was very well set. I enjoyed the use of subtle red lighting combined with the chill vibe of the music. The restaurant turned a confined space into a cozy, intimate setting. I am glad the menu is rotating, since it signals the chef is quite passionate about this restaurant and will continue to improve her craft. And it gives me a reason to check out the updated offerings on my next visit to Austin :)

The ambiance, service and, most importantly, food was absolutely amazing! There was an air of bonhomie in the restaurant- between the staff, which really added to our experience. Topping it off was the sweet candle added to the birthday boy’s tart, plus a signed take home menu! We will definitely go again!
