First time there. When we ordered first we asked chicken burger. Server came back 10 mins later to say not avail. We changed to Mac and Cheese. He went back and came 10 mins later to say only one serving instead of two can be done. We were still waiting for our two cocktails after 20 mins. Our teens were hungry and we came at a quiet time 7pm. We had to cancel all and walk out. First time such a bad experience in Ottawa!

The service was extremely slow. It was as if we weren’t even there. They were not busy so that’s why it was frustrating. We ordered a Caesar salad with no chicken. They brought it out with chicken and when we asked for it to be replaced they took it back and only took off the chicken and brought it back. As we were eating we found chicken within the salad which was really annoying.

We recently had the pleasure of dining here to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with tasteful decor and celebratory touches that highlighted the special occasion. The service and food was exceptional. I highly recommend the Fried Chicken and Waffles, but everything looked amazing on the menu! I will definitely return!

We heart about the benue so wanted to try it. We booked a reservation on the app fpr 11pm. When we arrived 15 minutes before the reservation, we were informed that the kitchen was closed and there was a private event. If you want people to come, maybe don’t let people make reservations that don’t make sense.

The food was very good. Well seasoned and priced right. The service was a little slow. There was a huge party so they needed an extra person to at least ensure your drink orders were continuously being filled. The room was cold but the overall layout was comfortable and conducive to great conversation and a great night out. I'll go again on a less busy night.
