Ever Restaurant Aruba is a freestyle fine dining experience on the Oranjestad marina at the Harbour House Condos. Chef Ever de Peña takes center stage in the open kitchen to showcase his love for culinary arts.

Settle into our dining room with seating for up to 14 guests, and let your appetite take the lead to an 7-course dinner menu. Our set menu focuses on fish, selfish, meat courses, and dessert.

Una experiencia increíble! Todo el servicio estuvo impecable. Cada uno de los platos se superaba uno a otro. Opte por ordenar mi propia armonía de vinos y la carta es muy buena. El chef y toda su brigada muy amables y simpáticos con todos los comensales!

OK, if you want an amazing dining experience in Aruba, look no further than Ever. Chef Ever crafts a stellar menu that is both exquisite visually and delectable in every bite along the journey, Having previously eaten in starred restaurants in Europe, this would rank right up there with some very notable places in London and Paris. The intimate setting is truly the best part of this experience, you really feel like you are watching an artist paint or sculpt a masterpiece as each dish is prepared to be served. If you are looking for something more than just another meal, I would highly recommend the experience, worth every penny.

the food was very good and the wine pairing was also very good although we asked to share a pairing and was charged $70.00 each instead of &85. all the other tastings we have been to we were only charged for one pairing. i think we should be told in advance what the charge would be. other then that we had a very nice dinner.

I had an unforgettable experience at Ever restaurant in Oranjestad, Aruba, celebrating my birthday with an exquisite 8-course meal paired with wine. From start to finish, everything was flawless. Chef Peña and his team truly showcased their talent with every dish, delivering a blend of creativity and exceptional flavors that left me in awe. The wine pairings were perfectly chosen, enhancing each course. The attention to detail, impeccable service, and warm ambiance made this an extraordinary dining experience. It was a birthday celebration I’ll always cherish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special, unforgettable meal!

A great chef table experience! The food was amazing and gorgeously presented. Seven plus courses and great optional wine paring choices. Chef Ever, Chris, Gris and Denzel were so lovely - clearly enjoying what they do ! We already booked for 2926.

What an experience! We watch a lot of cooking shows on TV and it's mentioned quite a bit about a "flavor bomb". Well, we git flavor bombs all night long. Kudos to all for an outstanding evening. From watching the preparation close up, to hearing the stories of the start of Chef's journey, to the attention to detail, the welcoming environment, to the interaction with staff, to the fabulous food, we enjoyed and will return on our next trip to Aruba.

The most amazing surprise of our trip!! All i can say is our comparison discussions were all Michelin star restaurants! The staff and chef are tops. The wine pairing was spot on!!! If you like great food this is a mist go to!!!!
