Would not do this buffet again because food was mediocre. No one at eggs benny station to serve hot poached eggs. Who wants cold eggs? Waffles were uncooked in the middle, ick. 7/10 items in chafing dishes we had were cold. Roast beef okay but the Yorkshire pudding was pathetic, they are supposed to be taller than 2cm. What chef has such low standards? No roast potatoes except cold hash browns. No turkey! If it was $25/person I could accept the crappy food, but a rip-off of $520 for 5 people. Def would not recommend anyone do this buffet at Crystal Ballroom in the Hilton.

Hilton buffet was the best for many reasons. We were a reservation of 10 and they accepted our extra guest at last minute with no hassle. The food was absolutely amazing for both quality, quantity and variety. Atmosphere inside the crystal room was very festive and lively as it should be for Christmas Day. Staff also very amazing and friendly. I’ll be going back next year for sure. Ok there was one down side, alcohol was not being served but in the big picture of the day it was not a big deal.

Honestly it was amazing I came because my family has been going to your Christmas brunch since I was a kid and since my mother and sister have passed it’s nice for me and my dad to go and remember them and have a great meal…….i know that inflation has hit us all quite a bit and the only reason I rated the value as poor is because it cost us over 200$ for the 2 of us ……we are not rich so it hurts the pocketbook I know you won’t lower the price at all and all in all we will more than likely see you again next year I just wish it was slightly cheaper also I remember it being in the other place next to the crystal ballroom to the right of the top of the escalator as well but that might have been many years ago I remember there being windows to look out of at one point ….i liked that being in the windowless ballroom takes away from the ambience of it all but I do understand that it’s likely more accommodating for more people….perhaps have both sides open? I don’t know if you would even read this but if so I hope that perhaps this helps ……OH and the server at our table 23 in the corner was absolutely amazing I’m uncertain of his name but he was extremely helpful and a pleasure he had glasses and came in because he was asked he was there from between 12pm-1pm nothing but good things to say about him he helped make out experience excellent …..ok I’ll end it there Thankyou for reading and Thankyou for continuing to do your Christmas brunches see ya next year 🙂

A few years ago, my family and I attended Xmas brunch at the Hilton and really was impressed and enjoyed the food. This year, we decided to simplify Xmas and go there again. Although the service was good, I was very disappointed with the food. I didn’t expect the Hyatt to be this bad. The sushi rice tastes like it was made the day before. The roast was tough and chewy. The turkey, stuffing and gravy was sufficient. The hagow was good. The roast pork was not tender. I felt that the food was not good enough drive and eat there. I felt that I should have just stayed home and could have just make a small delicious, enjoyable meal.

The service was top notch, the food varied and high quality and the set up of the room was well done. There was a lovely face painting and balloon animal station for the kids. The only thing I would change is to have Christmas music in the background loud enough to hear. I ended up playing my own at the table. It is Christmas after all and this is a Christmas buffet. Otherwise 10/10!!!

Nobody is at fault here. I should have made a note requesting for a closer table to the buffet but bcuz the staff couldn't make amendments my mom blamed me for everything and ruined christmas for everyone.

Elsa and Anna did an amazing job beyond expectation. They engage the kids every minute when they were there and performances and story telling time were fabulous! The only thing to work on is how to improve the ambience by reorganizing this event to less people / table at a time. And of coz I understand from the coat efficiency point of view they have their whole point squeezing everyone on one day, but it could be sacrificing the elegance of hotel dining experience at the same time. Overall I can tell the staffs led by Elaine are trying everything they can to give the best experience so Kusia for that!

Brought my 3.5 year old daughter for the Frozen brunch. Elements of the event were great and some were a miss. The craft and coloring on the table were helpful when the kids were waiting for photos. The actors and the host were excellent and did an excellent job with the kids. The brunch had a variety of options, great dessert spread and the eggs Benedict station was a highlight. Things to improve on; as with all buffets, it’s hard to keep temperatures where you want them. Several items were cold and texture was off. The speakers were way too loud for a room full of children, especially for the tables seated in the corners. If possible, buy or rent some step stools for the washroom so younger/shorter kids can wash their hands on their own. Overall, would do again.

My daughter had a great time! The food is great, I just wish that our table is really meant for us.. They out us for a table of 5 when there's only 3 of us.. Which no one sat but it made us think we will be sharing tables with others
