El restaurante Etch es la nueva aventura culinaria de la chef Deb Paquette. Este se encuentra en la planta baja de la torre Encore en el centro de Nashville.     The residents of the Four Seasons are invited to an exclusive dinner presented by etch. During this special event, guests will receive a welcome drink before being seated for a four-course prix fixe dinner presented by our culinary team. The event will take place in our private dining room for an intimate, interactive chef driven dinner. Tickets are $135 per person, plus tax and gratuity; optional wine pairings can be added at the restaurant for an additional $55++ per person.

    This is my second time enjoying Etch and my first time at the chef’s counter. This was my birthday request and it exceeded my expectations. The service was impeccable and also warm and charming. Brooke took such good care of us. At the chef’s counter yet you have the privilege of seeing all the food and can ask questions . I was enthralled with the cookbooks on the shelves which I am sure offer some inspiration and even humor. The food was so delectable and well balanced. The salmon dish was the best thing I have enjoyed in several years and I eat good, clean salmon often. Hubs enjoyed chef’s special- short rib. We enjoyed the apple sesame tart for dessert. I am going to have to fit in another visit before we head back to California.

    Food was great, service really rushed us, we had our drink, and I couldn’t even finish my salad before my food was there … and it was really noisy, hard to hear
