etch is a globally-inspired restaurant by award-winning chef Deb Paquette. The original location opened its doors in 2012 in lively downtown Nashville; the second location opened in fall of 2024 in The Factory at Franklin. The modern restaurant houses two private dining rooms, a full bar, and a chef’s bar, giving guests a look into the restaurants' culinary prowess.

etch’s eclectic menu incorporates innovative dishes inspired by Deb and Executive Chef Jess Lambert's favorite regions of the world to leave a lasting impression, or etch, on every diner. A wine list with over 80 choices is available, along with high-gravity local beers and hand-crafted signature cocktails.

Desserts are prepared in-house by Pastry Chef Megan Williams, whose creations top the list for the city’s sweet confections. House-made ice creams and artfully plated desserts change seasonally, providing a revolving array of treats that will keep you coming back for more.

Etch offers two private dining spaces for hosting meetings, receptions, and special events. The Iris Room can accommodate up to 12 guests; the Cardinal Room can accommodate up to 32 seated guests. My family enjoyed Etch and its food service and ambience was spot on! All the dinner choices for NYE were delicious and we all shared our courses Can’t wait to go back again

The food was amazing. Each course was excellent. However, the wine did not live up to the food in my opinion. My husband worked for a wind distributor in AL, so we are not wine novices. The service was perfect and the wait staff were excellent.

An amazing New Year’s Eve experience at Etch. The menu was fantastic and the wine pairing was exceptional and complimented each course. If you haven’t been, make reservations now.

The pork rib entre was flavorful and tender in a beautiful presentation. Don't miss the homemade ice creams and sorbets. The burnt honey was creamy and delicious.

Food was excellent. When my companion ordered the wasabi salmon, our server warned us that some people hadn’t liked it because the wasabi wasn’t strong, but she had it anyway. And it was incredibly delicious. Highly recommended. We’ll be back!

My mom specifically asked for “over done salmon, no rareness please” and it was still raw. The bun to my burger was stale and took a while to bring back my same burger with a new bun, so fries were hard and cold. Not worth it. Bummer, was excited
