With a commitment to the freshest, most flavourful fish, flown in daily from the Greek islands and featured in its open fish market, Milos offers a dining experience based on the simplicity and sincerity of the Mediterranean diet. The restaurant's airy, elegant setting is reminiscent of the Greek islands. Founder and chef Costas Spiliadis continues the standard of excellence and hospitality he began in Montreal, where he opened the original Milos.

This much lauded seafood restaurant did not disappoint. It was apparent to us why they have been expanding throughout the world as the concept would have international appeal. The interior of this restaurant is stunning and the service impeccable from start to finish. The food was excellent - next time we may choose from the vast array of fresh seafood on display but we stuck to the menu this time. There was not an available table in the house by the time we left so make your reservations well in advance.

Tables are right on top of each other and the guest beside us did not stop talking for the entire meal. She didn’t even gasp for breath . The next table was also on top of us and we could hear and be part of their meal. At these prices, the ambience should be more intimate. I won’t return, there are many more choices in this city.

Unbelievably underwhelming experience for the price point. Serving staff and managers milling about everywhere and bumping into you, yet service was abrupt and rushed. Food was mediocre and for a restaurant that is meant to specialize in seafood, both fish mains were overcooked. The filet was unseasoned. Will not be returning until this restaurant can iron out its opening kinks.

Fish is excellent. We had wonderful service. Where the Toronto location fell short is the “vibe”. Very large space feels more like a business lunch spot than a dinner.
