El bar de ensalada fresca con mucha mucha variedad, el bar de los sides también , el pan de queso OMGGGG delicioso. Y la estrella de la casa todos los tipos de carnes jugosos fresco, los gauchos ofreciéndote carne a cada momento siempre atentos. Todo estuvo espectacular. Sin olvidar mencionar nuestra mesera que fue 10/10. Olvidé preguntar su nombre , solo se que es de Venezuela.Súper amable , atenta. Hablaba inglés y español. Definitivamente volveré. 🙂‍↔️🫶🏻

The servers were all warm and friendly. The food was delicious - some of the best steak I have ever had. The salad bar was good - I wish they had signs stating what each thing was and their ingredients.

Went to Christmas dinner. Service was fast, Food was amazing. Only dissatisfaction was the tables were a bit close that we couldn’t help but hear the entire conversation next to us.

We were in for Christmas, and our first visit to this location. I was expecting a bit more from other experiences at this type of restaurant. The service was good, although we were really unsure of who our server was but people did stop by frequently. I felt the salad area needed help. There seemed to be a few dishes heavy in mayonaise, or sour cream that were unexplainable, the sliced tomatoes were toward the green side and even had the stem in them yet. I just felt that the area needed help with selections, based on other experiences we have had. There is usually some type of explanation of what the selections are, and nothing was labeled. The protein selections were plentiful, but there were no seafood or fish selections available. I saw shrimp go around once, but it never made it to our table, and I only saw it once. We had to ask for the grilled cheese and waited for quite a while for it. The pineaple was just pineapple, not the normal grilled cinnamon style that is served. I want to give the restaurant another try, but felt this needed to be posted. I don't particulary like to post negative reviews, and hope our next visit is an improvement.

I had Christmas dinner at Estampa Gaucha and it was great, food and service was excellent even with a packed house I never waiting for any dishes or meats. I also highly recommend the dessert. Highly recommend this restaurant & the Westin hotel

Staff and mgmt were extremely courteous and helpful. The special Garlic Pichana was the best we have had in trying about 5 or 6 different Brazilian steakhouses. While the bacon wrapped filet and chicken were overcooked (only reason for a 4 on food) this is a brand new restaurant and they need time to get their groove in line. All the rest of the meats were cooked perfectly and the top sirloin rocked. The ribs were perfect as well. We will definitely return!

Sad that Braza closed in Briar Creek so tried this as their replacement. The salad bar was sub par and for the price of the meal was no where close to expectations. The meats were not as good as other steakhouses like this and their servers were not well versed on the different temperatures of the meats. Overall was disappointed in the quality and overall options of the available items.
