Essensia Restaurant & Bar, located in the iconic and historic The Palms Hotel & Spa, presents seasonally-inspired, mindfully-sourced Mediterranean-style cuisine with Asian influences. This was my fourth time coming here. I have always enjoyed what I ate and the service is always good. Tonight’s dinner was exceptional! I had the rigatoni and it was absolutely delicious. My husband had the short ribs and it was so tender and wonderfully seasoned. We ordered for the table the flatbread and the butternut squash appetizer …both excellent. We also ordered the octopus…that had a good taste but was a little too tough. Friends ordered the leek and mushroom risotto….loved it. Overall it was a very special dinner!

This is such a fantastic dining experience. All the food is locally sourced. The menu is well thought out. They were very attentive and educated to help with my celiac. An amazing experience that I would highly recommend.
