The team behind DTSJ favorites - Paper Plane, MINIBOSS, Still O.G. and Alter Ego - elevates the local scene once again with Eos & Nyx, a dual level indoor/outdoor dining experience serving Mediterranean flavors with modern twists.
Drawing inspiration from the Greek deities of dawn and night, this venue provides a culinary journey that transforms as the day unfolds. Guests will savor an array of mezzes, indulgent brunch offerings and grilled seafood and meats, all prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Our server was outstanding. But when it came time for the shrimp appetizer. It tasted like it was burnt on a campfire. Didn’t have the barbecue taste. Then out came the flatbread, which was pretty tasty. I ordered a pork chop for the main course, which was really really small, but it also was pretty tasty. The had the brussels sprouts that were very tasty. The strange thing was the service was good, but almost too good. They kept trying to clear the table When we weren’t finished eating. Even came by and took my fork before I was finished with brussels sprouts … kind of strange. After dinner was over I asked for toothpicks which she said they didn’t have which OK they’ve only been open for two months so maybe they will get toothpicks soon. Then the bill came which was $260 for two people and a couple of drinks. I questioned the waiter about the bill because they advertise the flatbread for $20 but when the bill came, they charge me $40. $40 for this flatbread was way too expensive. She told me that Manager would come and talk to me, but I didn’t wanna bother arguing over $20 but at least I’ll post this and maybe somebody else may think twice about the flatbread. All in all, I don’t feel like this place what’s worth a $300 dinner including the tip. Will I go back? Not for $300. And by the way, they don’t even validate your parking.!

This was the worst restaurant, we have ever been to. The hostess was rude and dismissive. We were ignored for 15min. Our waitress didn’t check up on us, or ask how the food was and forgot our appetizers. The food was tasteless and dry. The drinks were watered down and had more ice than necessary. Overall, terrible experience will not be returning or recommending.

Our dinner was excellent. We arrived early to have a drink at their 2nd floor bar. The bartender was very efficient. Ordered one of their specialty cocktails while my wife ordered a mock tail. Both were well balanced. Did not note the names. For dinner we tried their bruschetta which had homemade ricotta and tasty. We followed with their octopus which was prepared perfectly. Our entrees were papoardelle with duck and the tagliatelle. Of the two the tagliatelle was a standout with al dente noodles and a not so overly rich sauce with lobster and a dollop of caviar. We finished with their beignets which were over the top. Very nice addition to downtown and hope for continued excellence. The service was very attentive in a vibrant atmosphere. Recommended.

Ribeye steak wasnt prepared as initially ordered which affected entire dining experience unfortunately. Service, ambience, bruschetta, tagliatelle, and lemon pie were all very nice.

Second time here for dinner and yet again, it did not disappoint. I will always recommend eating here when you’re in town.

Ambiance delightful. Food delicious. Service outstanding. I want to give mad props to Lawerence. He was super attentive and took care of all the details without us even realizing it. Highly recommend Eos & Nyx for a date night, business dinner, or even just a reunion of friends!

Eos & Nyx was wonderful. So looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, they didn’t have our reservation, but were kind enough assist us. So Open Table failed us, not the first time. You folks need to do a much better job . I have other friends that had a similar experience with Open Table. Not Good!!!!

The food was fantastic and the decor phenomenal! We had a great brunch with our friends. We ordered a couple of dishes to share and they were all delicious. Staff was both friendly and professional.

I can’t remember the servers name but he was amazing and had great customer service skills. We sat upstairs near the bar and he brought blankets for the lady. I believe he is from or worked in San Diego and worked at previous Nobu restaurants. Great waiter.
