Emmitt’s Vegas, founded by Emmitt Smith, is a Modern American Restaurant positioned at the frontage of Fashion Show Las Vegas on the renowned Las Vegas Strip. Inspired by the Pro Football Hall of Famer's passion for exceptional culinary escapades and community connections, Emmitt’s Vegas aims to create a transcendent dining destination where every guest becomes a cherished part of their extended team. We were in the area on business. We were initially greeted by a waiter who admitted that he did not know how to operate the reservation system and we needed to wait. Once seated , we were anxious to take a photo in front of the signature Emmitt Smith art piece . Asked several of the workers and they could not tell us who the other player was that featured next to the depiction of Emmitt. Our waiter did not seem to know the menu when we asked questions and kept having to look at the menu or ask to find out. He also recommended a signature drink in which he described the monogrammed ice only to come back and say that it was not available . Dinner was good and we had mentioned that we wanted dessert. The waiter brought dessert to me as the birthday girl but was having trouble understanding that we wanted to order one for my friend and were wiling to pay. It was 15-20 minutes before we got the second dessert after having to involve the manager. The manager was nice and comped the 2nd dessert however our experience was now tainted. They have some growing pains I guess.

Service was amazing. Food was just ok. The seafood food tower was good except for tuna tartare. We also ordered sushi and overall that was pretty good. Nothing amazing but good. We also ordered the Wagyu and it was actually pretty bad. It came out cold and it tasted as if it had freezer burn. We couldn’t even finish it a little disappointed.

We arrived early for our reservation and proceeded to be seated promptly by the hostess. The ambience was good, but the music was just a bit too loud and it was very cold in the dining room. The food and cocktails were excellent. I would give it five stars it had not been for the temperature in the restaurant.

The sushi and the crab cakes are a must try. Everything else was good but the crab cakes were really good.

From the Crockett’s We celebrated our 36th anniversary last night and had a blast. Chris , Chad , Alex did there job and made are night BEAUTIFUL . The food was Awesome the service was amazing Thank you for a wonderful night we will be back customers forever ❤️

The combination of the food quality and the incredible service we received at Emmitt’s was the best we’ve had in a very long time. Our amazing waitress, food delivery person and even the manager checked on us. The food was on point. Everything about our dining experience was so worth it. The only complaint I had was that it was a little chilly inside the restaurant and while we were celebrating our anniversary it did not feel very romantic because we were seated next to the kitchen. Otherwise, our whole experience as a whole was a A+! Thank you for making our 25 year anniversary celebration a memorable one!

Great experience from arrival to departure. Excellent service from the hostess for my 15 month old son, they even brought him a rose! My server, Alex Edwards, was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the menu. I had nigiri, halibut, sushi, and butter cake for dessert. The halibut was overcooked but the kitchen solved it right away. Cocktail program is great too!
