Emery is a polished-casual restaurant located in the charming Mariemont neighborhood. The seasonal menu features American cuisine. We're passionate about seafood but there is something for everyone, including some delicious gluten-free and vegetarian items. Everything is made from scratch and expertly prepared by our chef team. From the casual yet sophisticated first floor and outdoor patio to the upper-level dining room imbued with an easy elegance, Emery beckons you to sit down, relax, and enjoy. Emery has a variety of options for dinner parties and special gatherings. Our cocktail lounge can accommodate group sizes of up to 16 people and is great for a happy hour party, wine tasting, or a girl’s night out. The second-floor dining room has space for 10-30 people for an evening event and we can accommodate up to 50 people for luncheons.

We enjoyed our first experience at Emery last night. We were seated promptly for our 7:15 reservation and our server was gracious as she took our cocktail orders. My wife ordered the Elderflower and Pear which she quite enjoyed. My Manhattan was a bit sweet, for my taste. We ordered only entrées; for my wife, the crab-crusted walleye and I ordered the lobster shrimp pot pie. Our server returned shortly to tell me that the pot pie was not available, so I ordered the short rib, with a red Bordeaux. The only flaw in the evening was an unusually long wait for our dishes, but the good news is that both were excellent and thoughtfully plated. The dining space (we were upstairs) was relatively quiet and discreetly decorated. We look forward to a return visit!

Our server was wonderful and ensured that our salmon was prepared perfectly. The manager helped us with a gift certificate issue. We love Emery and are never disappointed with our visits!

Very disappointed. Historically, Emery was my absolute favorite restaurant in Cincinnati. Service was poor, lack of training for service is evident. A chicken dish ordered was extremely poor. And broccolini was far from fresh. I hope this restaurant is able to restore the quality, freshness and experience it once was. Would recommend bringing the halibut dish back.

Apps and deserts were the highlights, along with very good service. Short rib was excellent. Scallops and Mahi were quite good. Pacing was a little quick - we got each successive course before we could finish the prior one.

Everything was fantastic. The food was incredible and everything was well thought out and blended well. Great flavor and seasoning. Drinks were great, loved my old fashioned. Even had a kids menu. Would definitely come back again.

Our first time dining at Emery was perfect. The food was amazing and the menu is extensive for the quality they produce. It’s a romantic and unique “hidden gem” tucked away in Mariemont.

People the Emery is a hidden gem in Cincinnati! Food, service, ambience are all amazing. Calamari is some of the best in town, make sure you eat the pickled onions that come with it. Twin filets were perfect, even asked that they give me the mushrooms from the chicken dish to match with it. Pear martini is something you have dreams about. Great wine list by the glass or bottle. Even great prices on really good bourbons. You have to try the Emery, I'm always amazed this place is not packed every night but glad we could get in a last minute reservation.
