Embers is the newest addition to the Turks and Caicos restaurant scene, bringing a fresh, new approach to dining in Grace Bay. Our menu is unique and modern, combining Asian influence and Mediterranean flair with local ingredients and flavours. And, of course, we’ve got a fantastic selection of handcrafted cocktails, spirits, and boutique wines to complement your meal.

Discover umami-rich plates, pasture-raised proteins, smoke-infused vegetable preparations and innovative desserts. Owner and Executive Chef James Van Dyke, with his extensive culinary background in the United States, Bahamas, and Turks and Caicos, combines his passion and expertise, bringing Embers to life.

Our server Markendy was exceptional. His thoughtfulness in wine and food recommendations was above and beyond the usual. The food was subtle in seasoning yet flavourful at the same time. Beetroot salad, Australian rack of lamb and carrot cake. A solid 10

We dined here with a party of 6 adults. This was our second time here and we were once again impressed by the tasty food, great service and beautiful ambiance. Would definitely recommend dining here when on island. A great addition to the restaurant options here in Provo.

This was the worst food for value we had while in T&C. We ordered the Korean chicken and the Pork Chops. The Pork was overcooked, the chicken uninspired, the service was pretty terrible. The folks cleaning up the plates were prompt but our server only stopped over for order and food delivery. The atmosphere was loud with everything outdoors and a pizza joint next store. So many better options if you want to pay the same, and many better options if you want to pay less.

This was our second time at Embers in 2 weeks and we had another great experience. We were welcomed and sit to our table right away. The service was very efficient and the food very good. There was only one of the plates we ordered - a lamb and beef appetizer- that was burnt and dry, everything else was delicious. We will definitely go back.

There was confusion upon entering. We couldn’t change our table to a high top that was out of the strong wind??? Drinks did not come quickly and we needed to ask someone to place our order. Silverware was removed after apps and main course was delivered without knives, server did not notice for a while and we needed to get someone’s attention before we could eat. It was annoying considering the prices. The food was fabulous! More attention to customers is needed.

The food was pretty good but staff could need some training. The non-stop country music was over the top and weird choice to not match the menu or island setting. Can’t sit through another meal listening to this music.

We sat at a hightop inside for New Year’s Eve and it was so fun! The food was absolutely amazing. Everything! I loved the cauliflower grilled steak. Highly recommend!
