Ember Kitchen’s Josper oven will be firing up a little earlier on the weekends. The historic power plant turned latin-inspired restaurant will open its doors from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The Ember Brunch brings a whole new food and beverage experience to our guests. Utilizing our signature method of incorporating a Josper component into every dish and elevating homestyle foods from various cultures, we have created a menu that showcases nostalgic names and bold latin flavors. This new service will feature tableside coffee and tea service, as well as a cocktail program that plays on morning classics such as bloody maria's, micheladas, and carajillos—perfect for Sunday brunch.

Llegué puntual a mi reserva, me sentaron 30 minutos después, pasaron 45 minutos y sólo llegó un plato no estaban preparados para recibir gente. El manager ofreció pagar la cuenta, lo cual no permití. Sólo pagamos las bebidas y un solo plato. Muy mala experiencia para la noche. De fin de año.

Desde el detalle de la tarjeta de cumpleaños para mi esposo firmado por todo el equipo Ember, la música que nos tuvo alegres toda la noche, la mesera súper atenta y profesional ( bilingüe además ) y una comida deliciosa .. hizo de la cena una bonita memoria .. gracias!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our wedding anniversary. The atmosphere and overall aesthetic was exactly what we were looking for.

I came here for my birthday because when I came for my friend‘s birthday, she received a birthday card a free dessert and the staff just made her feel very special. When I came I didn’t get a birthday card. I didn’t get a happy birthday. I didn’t get a free dessert. I didn’t feel special. And, the whole reason why I wanted to come here was because you make people feel special.

The service at the downstairs bar was not great. We grabbed a couple of drinks before our reservation time came up and the bartender seemed overwhelmed, barely checked on us, etc. We tried a few of the signature cocktails and they seemed flat, not sure how else to describe but then we ordered a bottle of wine and there was a sommelier that made it a great experience. The food overall was amazing, I would definitely go back.
