Ember & Vine brings a new dining experience to Mawson Lakes. Food was so delicious which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Will definitely be back.

Our second visit to Ember & Vine and again we were not disappointed. The staff retain their enthusiasm and warmth making us feel most welcome. A real treat was the live music in the Aviator Bar which adjoins the restaurant allowing us to enjoy the entertainment whilst not being in the bar. The food was wonderful and for their opening week these guys really have nailed the brief. We had Wagyu Sirloin and Catch of the day and both were full of flavour and the side dishes were delicious. Look forward to our next visit to this fabulous restaurant.

I know the place has only been open for a couple of days, but I think that they are experience enough to know how to run a restaurant. We were greeted by the hotel reception staff who were great. Service was quite good by some and not so good by others. It seemed to be over staffed? I am not well so I do not have a huge appetite, so we did not have an entree. We ordered a main each and three side dishes. We also had a glass of wine each. The main course was very small, especially for the amount charged. The side dishes were seared carrots and seared asparagus. Both were raw. I would have expected them to have been blanched first, then seared on the hot plate, but these were totally raw. We also had a burrata. It was presented very differently. We had to order a serve of bread so we could eat it. We only got half the burrata, I do not know where the other half went. Also $10 for 2 slices of bread is ridiculous. To be honest we went home hungry. Anyway, meal over we thought we would pay the bill and move next door into the bar area were music was playing. It was only 8.20 and the music was quite good. The music ended at 8.30, so we went home. Just a note about parking. I have stage 4 prostate cancer. There was not parking anywhere close by. We had an extended walk to park and to go back to the car. Not happy. Will I be back, most probably to see if it improves. If it does not, back to driving into Adelaide for a decent meal.

Absolutely delicious food and an excellent wine list on offer. Excellent, attentive service. Ambience was very special base on aviation, loved the light fittings.

It was wonderful to dine at Ember & Vine at Crowne Plaza Mawson Lakes. It is a beautiful restaurant with a wonderful team ensuring every aspect of our experience was a memorable one. The locally sourced food is prepared to perfection and ensure the entire experience was exceptional.
