    Muchísimos niños corriendo por todo el restaurante y gritando ( si me gustan los niños y soy paciente pero estaban vagos de más

    Wonderful and delicious dinner tonight at Ember & Rye! Service was also top notch. Chef Jon Bautista is starting to weave in his magic at Ember & Rye.

    We dined on our anniversary. The hamachi crudo was great. We shared a 20oz swordfish steak. Devine. Staff is always cordial.

    Fantastic new years dinner, great service from our whole wait staff. Special thanks to Armando for being funny and taking extra care of us. Lobster Bucatini was terrific and the veal was cooked perfectly.

    First the good: Our server Jesse was amazing! He had a smile on his face even though it was busy. He accomadated our dietary needs and was very attentive. Food was good! Room for improvement: It was VERY noisy, there was a big table behind us. We had a hard time hearing each other speak. Wondering if big parties could be seated somewhere else as to not disturb the other diners. There was no valet parking and the parking lots were VERY dark. Please add lights so people can see where they are going/walking. The bad: When we arrived at 7:30 for our 7:45 reservation the hostess acted like we were SO early. She had no expression and just said you’re too early you can go to the bar and have a drink. We went to the bar (it was not busy) the bartender basically just asked what we wanted, no greeting, no smile…we felt like we were disturbing him by being there. Drinks were good. Hostess came to tell us our table was ready less than 5 minutes after we sat at the bar. The hostess and bartender could learn a lot from Jesse. He is fantastic and made our NYE dinner great! Thank you Jesse! We appreciate YOU!

    Early New years dinner with family and friends. Food was wonderful, very flavorful. Outstanding service. But it's always like this.

    I was excited to try this place, but when we were sat in the main room, I was displeased at how loud and difficult it was to hear each other talking. Several screaming kids top with probably the one of worst waiters I’ve ever had. Food was pretty good but very expensive. $600 for 4 people. We asked if we can have some more bread and his reply was, I’ll have to charge you for it $3 for each piece. I was blown away at a $600 bill and the guy has the audacity to say I need to charge you three dollars for each slice of bread. It’s not the money at all. It’s the principal. If you want to be a five star restaurant, then act like one and don’t charge your customers for a slice of bread! And hire waiters who have good services industry attitudes.

    The food and service was the standouts by far. Our server made food suggestions that were top notch, it was a bit noisier than expected but there were quite a few larger parties given the holiday. We will certainly be back

    I mainly wanted to eat the crab claws. People had plates overflowing with eaten crab claws and they ran out. At 1:45 there were zero. Very disappointed. They rarely came by our table to pick up used plates and brought us tepid coffee and never came to offer us refills. I don’t understand why they add on 22% gratuity automatically. I worked in the hospitality industry for 15+ years and worked for my tips…didn’t just expect it.
