    It's time to get creative! Guests are invited to participate in an exclusive naming contest for a special dish crafted by Chef Richard Blais and the Ember & Rye team. You might even catch a visit from Blais himself at your table... This dish features Smoked Snake River Farms Gold American Wagyu Tri Tip with broccoli, kumquat, ginger, brassicas, and rye whiskey beef jus and will be highlighted on Instagram: @emberandryesd Participants can comment their suggested dish name on the post. The winning name will be used for the special which will be served on Saturday. The winner will also receive a $150 dining credit applied to their dinner check! When: Saturday, January 11 from 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm *Ember & Rye dinner menu is still available.

    Muchísimos niños corriendo por todo el restaurante y gritando ( si me gustan los niños y soy paciente pero estaban vagos de más

    Overall, we had a fantastic experience in our group of 6 a nd would recommend a visit. Everything was delicious that our group tried. Among the favorites were the bahn mi meatballs (though small and few), eggplant bulgogi, lobster croquettes, veal chop, bucatini, potato puree, Brussels sprouts, broccolini. Our server and entire staff were great, friendly, and attentive. Choosing your own steak knife seemed a little pretentious. The room noise level did get a little loud, so it became difficult to hear across a large table despite being in a back corner.

    We had a team dinner and everyone was very pleased with their food, the service, and the atmosphere. Everything came out on time and was delicious!

    Always our “go-to” place for special occasions. As a member of the Aviara Golf Club, Ember & Rye is the exclusive restaurant of the Club, open to the public, and definitely a five star dining experience. The menu has great variety, all expertly prepared and presented by exceptionally professional waiters and support staff.

    My wife and I were celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary with a quick date night. Server, Matthew, was awesome. He made great recommendations and did a good job balancing checking on us and allowing us to enjoy our night. They offered a free celebratory drink, and even though we don’t drink we appreciated it. We enjoyed the crispy eggplant app, boneless ribeye and cedar plank salmon entrees, roasted Brussels sprouts as a side and apple tart for dessert. They also provided free chocolate cake piece for our celebration. Everything was delicious, the eggplant and Brussel sprouts were uniquely seasoned and unexpected. Ribeye was ordered medium, and tasted great. I will say it was more medium well on one side and medium rare on the other…but I’m no steak chef, so I don’t know how you’d avoid that with such a thick steak. My wife loved her salmon, no notes. I would have appreciated knowing the Apple Tart was so huge! Definitely could have been shared between 4 folks. Also, it was served very cold, which was probably intended… but I enjoyed it much more warmed up at home. Overall great experience!

    Fantastic place for dinner… there were some pricey options but also many reasonable choices… I was pleasantly surprised… we were celebrating my wife’s birthday and they kept congratulating her… the service was stellar and the food was amazing, as expected… we’ll definitely be back!

    Wonderful and delicious dinner tonight at Ember & Rye! Service was also top notch. Chef Jon Bautista is starting to weave in his magic at Ember & Rye.

    Went after the spa at Miraval. Sat outside overlooking the golf course. Food was really good - burgers, fried chicken sandwich looked amazing. I had the ahi burger - so good. Really fresh salads too. I would go back.

    We dined on our anniversary. The hamachi crudo was great. We shared a 20oz swordfish steak. Devine. Staff is always cordial.
