Muchísimos niños corriendo por todo el restaurante y gritando ( si me gustan los niños y soy paciente pero estaban vagos de más

I mainly wanted to eat the crab claws. People had plates overflowing with eaten crab claws and they ran out. At 1:45 there were zero. Very disappointed. They rarely came by our table to pick up used plates and brought us tepid coffee and never came to offer us refills. I don’t understand why they add on 22% gratuity automatically. I worked in the hospitality industry for 15+ years and worked for my tips…didn’t just expect it.

Went to Park Hyatt for reputation of quality instead highly disappointed at a premium price point. Went for Christmas Day brunch. Went late to miss the crowds (1:00). Ran into buffets not being replenished, myself and other guest constantly having to ask for items to be refilled as basic as plates twice at two different locations. Ordered a bottle of Sparkling and was presented a bottle at $500 more than I ordered come to find out they have 2-bin 256 on their list. Server never cleared dirty plates always left the table empty handed. Automatic 22% yet service was not worth it but was not going to penalize staff on Christmas Day. Seemed like the server was out of her element (Banquet server covering perhaps?).

From start to finish a well run restaurant. The hostess was friendly and our waiter was excellent. The food was exceptional with lots of flavor. It was also a very busy Christmas Eve dinner slot. Thank you! PS. Put some lights in the parking area since there’s no valet because it was very dark walking to the restaurant.

My biggest gripe is there is no lighting in the parking lot… pitch black and so dangerous! No valet option! Food was marginal… way over priced! Get the cola cake for dessert!

The spiced tuna sandwich was delicious. The salmon added to the chopped wedge salad was also wonderful. The service is attentive.

Our party of nine dined for lunch in the middle room, next to the bar. Hardly any other diners were there so we had the room all to ourselves, which was wonderful. The wait staff was excellent—very accommodating and kind. Everyone was quite happy with their meals. Two of us had the hanger steak with a wedge salad. All of it tasted great. The steak was very tasty and cooked to perfection. A few had a hamburger. Again, delicious. Everyone liked the assortment ment of desserts we ordered. My only complain—$37 for salad and a very small steak is quite pricey.

The service was exceptionally fast and friendly. The king & rye drink was our favorite. Will be going back to try the other drinks. The steak was cooked to perfection as well as our other dishes. The food left or mouths watering and craving for more. The lighting wasn't too bright which gave our dining experience for 2 an intimate ambiance.
