Lamentablemente no actualizan su información y el lugar está cerrado. En Denver algunos lugares operan cumpliendo estrictamente protocolos. Ellos ni siquiera actualizan su información! Llegamos al lugar y de manera indiferente nos informaron que estaba cerrado! Lamentable

Such great history. More old style banquet hall space dining room still elegant and beautiful. The hotel itself stunning was interested in tea but fully committed. Dawa and the team took great care of us and were on top of everything offering such genuine care and made celebrating my best friends birthday extra special! The food was phenomenal a lot of brunch options with some exciting new options. The bacon wrapped sausage in maple bbq a must try while the croissant and fruit tray makes the best starter. Thank you all again!

Ellyngton's costs a little more but is well worth it in my estimation. I was impressed with the level of service and attention paid to us. The food was worth several trips down the buffet line if only my tummy was big enough. The noise level was moderate and at times hard to speak or hear above it but manageable overall. I would (and have) gone back several times. The musical group played a soft jazz format that was well received. Very relaxing.

OMG! This was the the best breakfast I’ve had in a while. I was already on cloud 9 and this was just an amazing way to start the day. Hands down the best biscuits and gravy I’ve found in Colorado. The coffee was really good. Their fruit is fresh and the burrito my wife got was also very tasty. The service was very friendly and was very helpful. Just an amazing experience!

It was just okay. We went for a unique breakfast experience after a tough week. The lobby was beautiful just decorated the day before for the holidays, but the food was just okay, they forgot my hollandaise sauce, and took a long time to re-fill out coffees. We expected a jazz brunch as they said on the website, no jazz was forthcoming at 9 and we left close to 10.

Our server Jennifer was outstanding! We also loved the smoke salmon charcuterie board, well worth the price!

We were completely disappointed. We had expected a wonderful and beautiful day for the Halloween themed brunch but we were completely shocked at the poor choice of the buffet and the quality was substandard and certainly not worth the price. It was not even close to what it used to be, which I loved each Halloween season. The new Ellington's looks stark ,and the tables are like a cheap restaurant. There was absolutely no seafood and having the dessert in the hall was strange. We had brought guests and offered an apology for the poor quality after we had talked it up so much. Work needs to be done (which is what I had been hearing) to return to the place we had come to know for brunch. Bummer.

Monster's Brunch at Ellyngtons was so good. A ton of food options with fun Halloween themed names amd everything was delicious. The staff, as always, was so nice and fun, many of them in costumes. The live music was very enjoyable too. Ellyngton's never misses, can't wait to be back.

The service was not great. The place was not busy but we kept having to get someone else to bring our waitress back to our table. First time eating there but I won’t be back.
