Elephant Corridor is a Sri Lankan and North Indian restaurant near Kingsway, in Glen Waverley.
The chefs specialise in delicious, authentic Sri Lankan and North Indian food, serving a menu that changes with the seasons, and use only the freshest ingredients.

With an extensive a la carte menu and a buffet on Sundays, as well as a wide range of take away dishes, everyone is sure to find something that will keep them coming back!

Try our mud crab curry, hoppers or kotthu roti, or something from our tandoor. We have wattalapam for those with a sweet tooth, and a cocktail menu to pair with your food.

A few things to say.. the venue wasn’t too busy and so the food came out quickly. The venue was very noisy to begin with. I have an hearing loss. I found it extremely hard to hear my friends. Then a table of 4 men turned up and sat in front of us. They were next level noisy. So for me and one of my friends, it made conversation extremely difficult. I just wanted to Get up and leave. We did a banquet. The food was nice, but I would not buy it again. I don’t think it was value for money, good try try new things.. One of the dishes Was suppose to be a vegetable dish, but it was a yellow/cream sauce… so the main was a rice dish, a sauce dish, butter chicken, fragrant coconut, a weird texture white circle and a meat circle.. which was suppose to be shredded something? The wait staff were friendly and quick with delivering our dish and the dessert looked and tasted delicious. We were surprisingly stung with a 10% fee for Sunday night, so please check terms and conditions of your booking. We split this cost 4 ways, so $5 per person was not too bad I guess, but if I had have known, I would have changed the day of our booking. I am glad I tried their food, the food was nice, but now I would try another cuisine.

We had the Sri Lankan ‘banquet’ not really impressed hoppers very filling but not a lot of curry

Amazing food, great atmosphere with such great staff. We had the owner serve us and he was an absolute gentleman. Was very busy but still very attentive and quite quick with meals.

Service very attentive, food always delicious. Nice to get a private message advising of limited parking due to road closures and suggestions of where to park.

We frequent the place a lot and have never had a bad experience. The food is always fantastic and the staff go above and beyond.

As a vegetarian really enjoyed the food. It was done as per our order with the right spice level. The staff were very good and suggested few dishes to try which was good. I recommend this restaurant and you won’t be disappointed. Thanks and please keep up the good name.
