This was a very disappointing experience. The service was sooo slow it wasn’t funny. We didn’t receive everything we ordered and as it turned out that was ok because the food had absolutely no taste. I would rather go to McDonalds.

Everything was great EXCEPT that we waited 50 minutes from ordering until food was delivered! That is not acceptable!

While our waitress was sweet and engaging everything was slow! We were almost late for our show and I allowed almost two hours.

We went to Elements for Denver restaurant week. We ordered off of the restaurant weeks menu which was a four course meal. I started with the chicken noodle soup. It was luke warm. The winter salad was good. I ordered the ribeye that came with a baked potato and asparagus. My steak was fatty. There was big chunks of fat in the middle of it. The dessert was a brownie sundae. Nothing special about it. The best part of the meal was the Ten Mile Smile cocktail. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant the service was good but the food fell flat.

Went for restaurant week. Service was basically what you’d find at a Denny’s. There was supposed to be a view but all I could see from where I was sitting was a huge buffet line. So disappointing. Awful having this on the restaurant week.

The place is very nice and the staff are awesome. It is a very quiet place and gives an impression that they are not trying to get the customers in the door. You wouldn’t know that there’s a restaurant here, unless you were specifically looking for it. Food is pretty good and some of the dishes were excellently executes, but they are on the list with very average dishes so it felt like hit and miss.
