    One of the only restaurants in sydney with a view like this! The food and service is beyond good. Great for romantic dinners! Thank you Elements!

    The whole Valentine’s Day was been ruined. I booked a 449 dollar set menu at 9:30pm. Me and my partner was planning spend a wonderful night and it’s was also ours 2 years anniversary. We were afraid the traffic would get busy so we arrived at 9:18pm but when we arrived, no reception, no one tell us what happened and we only can see a long line. It’s really obviously over booking or lack of staff, how terrible service? At least some one told us what happened and at least let us have a seat to wait, the whole line just standing there for half hour! Till 9:50pm, we finally got our table, and I just don’t understand I ordered a white wine and I not even finished my aperitif ! And the runner first time send to me I told her I still have my drink just hold it, after 2 min another runner just sent to me again! Can someone can look after ours table? It just let me feel really unprofessional. And we got our first dish at 10:08pm, we hungry so we probably finished at 10: 22pm. And the most disappointing and the angry part is that till 11:10pm, our main still not coming! I was want to ask one waiter where is my main and he said is coming. But all I see is the runner and waiter sent the main to the table next to us! They even came later than us! So what happened? And we were almost the last person got the main dish, BTW that was almost 11:40pm. To be honest I have never been treated like that in a restaurant before! And my salad was full of cheese! I told them twice I had lactose intolerance! So what is the point for $449? Any service? Food? This is the worst experience ever in my life In the end, the assistant manager Nico comes to comfort us and said sorry. Even he give us 30% off. I think that’s the only real service that I got

    I expected the Valentine's Day dinner to be more exclusive, having paid for the waterfront table - it was extremely crowded inside causing staff to be extremely out numbered. Long wait for food, and food came, pretty much cold, specifically the steak. Not an enjoyable experience unfortunately, and paying full price with abysmal service wasn't on. I understand things were tight with the amount of customers, but it's still an unacceptable price to have paid for long wait times and cold food.

    - Mains took 75 mins to arrive from arrival. Many customers who arrived after us were served before us. - We ordered medium-rare. Steak arrived medium-well. - We were told if we wanted a new steak cooked medium-rare, we will need to wait an additional 25 mins. We declined. - This was part of the $450 Valentine's Day Tomahawk steak package. We feel the restaurant's business model was to cater to customers who they can upsell on the night. Those who bought the package are committed so they can get shafted. - We were disappointed that a supposedly good restaurant that specialises in steaks could not get the absolute basics right: cook the steak to the patron's specification, and serve the food in a timely manner. Conclusion: - If you must visit this restaurant, don't go hungry, expect a long wait for the Tomahawk steak. It could be far longer than the 45 mins advertised. - Know that you are running a risk of your steak being overcooked. If that happens, you are presented with two options: eat it, or wait 25 mins to roll the dice again. - Or you know, just don't go. I have been to Meat & Wine Co and that was not a disappointment. Elements Darlinghurst was a great a venue. Avoid Elements Walsh Bay unless you feel lucky and have no other choice.

    The food and service was amazing, probably one of the better restaurants around. Johnny was a great waiter. They were very attentive and everything was perfectly cooked and tasty.

    Had an amazing Sunday roast at Elements Bar and Grill! The Wagyu roast was cooked perfectly—so tender and full of flavor. The sides were just as delicious, especially the Yorkshire pudding and creamy mashed potatoes. Such a great meal! A huge shoutout to Johnny, our server, who made the experience even better. Super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great food, great service, and a really nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a solid Sunday roast!

    My wife has been wanting to visit Elements for weeks now having heard about their Tomahawk steaks. We booked a Thursday night because the tomahawk special is available only on Thursdays. $119 for a 1.4kg steak plus 2 margaritas down from $199. It was pretty busy for a Thursday but then we saw all the tomahawks come out and realised why. I think every table must have experienced this one. We were told it was a 45 minute wait to cook the steak, medium rare, so we ordered an entree. The hot chicken wings were fabulous. Very large (full wing) with a scrumptious seasoning plus 3 sauces to choose from. And the serving is 8 wings. It was big. Probably not what we needed before the steak. The theatre around the slicing of the steak at the table is fun and adds to the experience. There is a lot of meat and we probably got through 40% of it. Fortunately, we got to take the rest home as we noticed most diners were doing. The tomahawk didn't disappoint. We had selected 2 sides: chips with rosemary salt (yummy) and a garden salad. Both were very generous servings and frankly we really didn't need the chips. We barely made a dent in them. My wife enjoyed her 2 margaritas. Interesting they're pre-made and poured out of small bottles at the table. Some more theatre. I had a Tim Adams shiraz which was a belter. Alexander was our waiter. He was excellent: knowledgeable, warm, friendly and a good carver! I suspect we'll be back. Oh, the Walsh Bay location is a beauty. On wharf 8 amongst the theatre precinct and waterfront apartments.
