Michele, Edward, Josh (server) always knock it out of the park and this time was no different. As always, I highly recommend them.

This is our second time in here. The first time we were here, I had the worst meal of my life during my birthday 2 years ago. So me and my husband decided to give it another try for our date night, that only happened once every month. We got 3 appetizers that were amazing, and we decided to share the wagyu flatiron steak with additional bacon wrapped shrimp and side of gnocchi (special request). The gnocchi and the shrimp were amazing, but the steak was so chewy (we ordered med rare). So overall, for the food, I'd still give 5 stars because 4/5 items were great. But for the service I'd give 0 star if I could. JANICE was our server, at first she was fine, but we felt rushed by her when she took our orders. We wanted to order appetizer first and figured out what to have for dinner. She looked fine with it at first, until we start asking question about some items, if it could be modified. I can tell that she looked annoyed, she told us about "we wouldn't comp anything if you don't like the dish that was modified". I was little bit startled and felt like it was really rude when she said that, because I didn't expect my meal to be comp even if i don't like it or something were wrong about it. Anyway, I don't really care about that until we ordered our food, she came back 5 minutes after asking me how I would I like my food done ( which was side of gnocchi), after I told her " just olive oil, garlic and parm" she said that this is something that she should've known while she didn't even ask in the first place. And what bother us the most was, she rolled her eyes in front of us. After that moment I don't even bother to continue my dinner because it was so upsetting. And none of the manager even stopped by to check on us(which i don't really care at his point). But for the amount that we spent, which is almost $300 ( I still tipped 20% btw) , I feel like we could've gone somewhere else with a better service than what Janice gave to us with cheaper price.

I enjoyed my dinner. The hubby wasn’t as happy with his steak. Our server was great and very attentive. We had a good time.

As usual an amazing experience. From the warm & welcoming greeting to the ambiance to the service (Josh took very good care of us) We both enjoyed the filet, one of the best steaks in Sarasota. Had the twice baked &stuffed potatoes, out of this world! This one of my favorite restaurants. All the staff including the bartenders are phenomenal.

As always, a very lovely evening at Elements. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff was on their game and wished us a happy anniversary as well as leaving a card at our table. Food was excellent!

My wife and came to Sarasota for a wedding and we had the night free. We sat outside so we can’t judge the noise level, but the service was excellent and the food was awesome. We started with the shrimp cocktail, which was delicious. I hadn’t ordered shrimp cocktail in years because it is usually overcooked, but I had a feeling about Element and the shrimp was perfect: moist and flavorful. My wife and I shared a Caesar salad which was ordinary, but that is my only neutral comment. My wife had a mushroom vegetarian dish which was as unique as it was tasty. It was all kinds of mushrooms mixed with roasted tomatoes on top of puréed peas. Yum. I had the Wagyu flat iron steak was was also excellent. We had a side order of burned broccolini (yes, that’s what they call it). It was topped with Parmesan and crushed almonds. Its flavor and texture was fabulous. Element is definitely worth going to.
