En general está rico, es una fusión local con español. Extraño cobro del 3% de Health & Wellness que debería ser pagado por el restaurante no por los clientes. Con subir $0.50 cada platillo sacan dicho cobro sin abusar.

We had the paella de pato fooled by the basque cheesecake and both were amazing. Our server was very friendly and helped us understand what we were ordering.

We’ve been to Barlata and now El Raval. The new menu has the essence of the previous one but still unique. We love the tapas and the electic influence into the Spanish cuisine. We happened to go on a Monday which was happy hour all day. Great day to try new dishes. Nice touch was the complementary dessert for our anniversary which happened to be the same we ordered. Love the seating options: counter height, communal, and private booths. Our waitress and rest of the staff that came around were all wonderful. Will definitely be back!

El Raval is hands-down our favorite spot for special occasions, and it’s become our anniversary tradition. The Chef’s Choice 8-Course Meal is a culinary masterpiece—each dish more incredible than the last. The food is fresh, flavorful, and artfully presented. The staff are phenomenal—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about creating a memorable experience. Every visit feels magical, and we leave counting down the days until our next one. If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Austin, El Raval is it. Highly recommend the 8-course menu—you won’t regret it!

Fun time for a group of parents without kids. Food was good and everyone said it was the best Calamari they ever had! Excellent service as well!

We went on Christmas Eve and in fairness to the restaurant they had a prefix menu and we did not order from it opting for the a la cart menu instead. Food was hot and fresh but nothing really stood out and the octopus, which is difficult to prepare, was extremely chewy like rubber. Service was good. Packed restaurant and everyone was nice. Just feel like the focus was on the prepared menu. Not sure it was good enough to bring us back though.

Very friendly from front door to our waiter. Waiter very helpful on wine choices as well as different dishes. Enjoyable evening with family!
