not worth making a reservation. You reserve and upon arrival the security has you standing outside saying if you dont buy a bottle there is no seating. Asked for the hostess . she never came outside we were standing there for over half hour

The servers well rude and straight attitude and the hosts in the front. Cool place great food, but needs better customer service.

Place got shut down by NYPD for illegally selling hookah. I was rushed to pay my tab and didn't enjoy my drinks.

I had a horrible experience this business only cares about money not the consumer. I was rushed inti buy and rushed before my bottles were over to get off the table. Made my birthday very unpleasant!

I love the spot, don't get me wrong music is usually good. (DJ on Halloween was lit btw) But I made a reservation for 9pm and when I got there by 8:45 they were charging a cover charge ($20) which is ridiculous especially since it was a weekday. Granted it was Halloween but they never specify any of this online when booking or even on their SM pages. Its not right because this same community supports with buying food, drinks, BOTTLES and yet they manage to also catch the same people off gaurd with things like this and its effed up. And who charges a cover with a dinner reservation??? Greedy.

Only thing is that if you have a reservation they shouldn’t bribe you to buy 2 bottles for a table you already reserved. Smh but that’s okay the rest was great had a great birthday

Upon arrival, my guests and I had to wait about 30 minutes before entering. As a result, my reservation which was scheduled online was ignored by Supervisor and staff members. The waitress/ server was very rude and cruel. At the conclusion of the evening, when we received our bill. When I asked sever to pay with credit card she said that I can’t pay with credit. I asked to see where the sign was posted, she could not show me the sign properly. Never the less, poor customer service. Will never recommend any of my Family or Friends to this place. Very poor business standards and poor communication/ treatment to customers.
