La comida estuvo bien , el lugar está bonito. Agradable buen ambiente , nuestra mesera fue muy amable. Sin embargo , pagamos dejando una propina del 18%, salimos del lugar y en el estacionamiento nos alcanza una persona (mujer) que nos pregunta si ya habíamos pagado!!! incluso si habíamos dejado propina!! Desagradable. Primera vez en este lugar y probablemente la última.

We like to sit at the bar. Which we did on Valentine's Day dinner date. We both like to see the bartenders do their thing. We both enjoyed the evening. The steak was cooked to perfection. We did not really like all the sauce or juice in the small dish the steak was smothered in.

This was the first time I had left the house since giving birth and they completely ruined my Valentine’s Day experiance. My husband and I were having a great time, we ordered a drink and then we ordered an appetizer. Once we had finished the appetizer we ordered a second round of drinks and ordered our food. 30 minutes go buy, our waiter is attending every table but us. We can’t even get a new round of drinks much less a refill on water and our food is nowhere to be found. Now it’s 45 minutes. No drinks. No food. And our writer is everywhere but our table, we hadn’t been rude or said anything obnoxious to him for him to ignore us we had just been cordial and ordered our food. Then another waitress is cleaning up the table next to us so we decide to ask her about the wait times for food. And she says she’s going to go take a look. It’s been an hour at this point that we have been just sitting there with nothing and she lets us know our order was never placed. We decided to close out our tab and leave without eating dinner. Valentines dinner and my first outing in 4 months completely ruined. They didn’t even offer to give us a discount or a free dessert for our ridiculous wait and experience. I am honestly beyond disappointed in this place.

I sincerely apologize for the experience you had on Valentine’s Day. It was supposed to be a special night for you and your husband, and I am truly sorry that we fell short. Your first outing after giving birth should have been enjoyable, not frustrating, and I can only imagine how disappointing this must have been. We take full responsibility for the breakdown in service and will be addressing this with our team to ensure it never happens again. This was our first time at El Divino and we were very impressed. Our entire experience was perfect. It was Valentines and tee we’re 2 couples. Our waitress was very attentive and gave us time to study the menu and enjoy our cocktails. We all ordered something different and each entree was elegantly displayed but also simply delicious. Only one couple had room for dessert but it too was a work of art and scrumptious. We will definitely revisit.

Everything was delicious, the drinks were very good. The only negative was that the carrots on my duck confit plate were under cooked, but other than that everything else was excellent.

I was looking forward to this experience, unfortunately it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at a restaurant of this caliber. The restaurant inside is gorgeous, it has a feel of 1920s era. The menu has a variety of options, and the presentation was very nice. For our party of six the food was not good. The two steaks we order were cold , both times they brought them out. The service was slow , even more so when we brought this to our waitress attention, and we were never attended to by the manager with things went wrong. I won’t return , and that’s too bad because it has all the makings of being an exceptional business.
