Edera Italian Eatery is focused on serving simple, refined food in a more casual, come-as-you-are atmosphere. Chef Andrew Simon offers a fresh interpretation, sourcing the highest quality ingredients from Italy to Missouri. The menu features premium Neapolitan pizzas, signature pastas and premium entrees. Edera’s cuisine – featuring sauces, pastas and baked goods made fresh daily in the restaurant – are elevated enough for a special night out, while also being approachable enough for everyday fare. Concepted by the Koplar family in consultation with renowned Chef Mike Randolph, Edera has quickly become a fixture in St. Louis’s iconic Central West End neighborhood.

Chalets are available Monday-Saturday for seatings at 5:00p & 7:30p. The Grande Chalet can seat 4-8 guests and the Piccolo Chalet can hold 2 guests for an intimate private dining experience. Chalets have two heaters but we recommend dressing for the weather and wearing layers for your comfort. Blankets are welcome! There is a $75.00 deposit due at the time of booking. The deposit will be credited to your bill and is non-refundable. An optional 20% gratuity will be added to all chalets.

The ambiance of the chalet was awesome! We enjoyed our birthday celebration! Appetizers, pizza and pasta were good. A memorable experience!

All the staff seemed frantic, disorganized, and on edge. Risotto was super salty, mediocre flavor. Side of chicken was the best part of my meal. The halibut was standard. Burrata was a delicious appetizer but the arancini were bland and had a funky stale smell.

The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server, Maggie, was wonderful. It was a fun and fantastic evening.

The service was incredibly fast and efficient. Cocktails were delicious. We had the Bolognese and stuffed Pasta. Both were wonderful. The Amaretto Cream Pie was also wonderful

Everything was delicious as always .i had the chicken and my boyfriend had the fig pizza . The service was great too !

Our server Melissa was the very best. The ambience of our chalet for 2 was beautiful and quiet. My husband loved his scallops and octopus, my chicken was less tasty than i would have hoped BUT the Caesar salad was simply perfect. Next time I will stick with my old standby, Bolognese. All in all, s very nice evening!

Love Edera! The service and food is always impeccable. But last night (11/6) was even better than before because our server Alex was incredible from his explanation of menu options, speed of service, and making great quick recommendations.

We started with the caesar. Delicious. So good. Then we shared the bolognese. Yum!!! I ordered the fish special which was halibut and he got the scallops and octopus. Everything was top notch. We were stuffed so be brought an order of the amaretto pie home for later.
