Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. First time I have been disappointed in a meal at Eddie V’s. We ordered 5 steaks at the table and 3 were not cooked correctly.

Absolutely Phenomenal every time I dine at Eddie V’s! I was telling my daughter that after we had dinner, it’s always delicious. I love everything on the menu and was introduced to a couple new dishes that were amazing!!

Excellent food and service. RJ was phenomenal and when he got busy with a large group another waiter stepped in to make sure we were taken care of..

Our waiter…Nick was very condescending! We decided to order only one side of asparagus…When I asked for more bread he made a snide remark about that was why we only ordered one side so we could fill up on free bread??? What? He never even brought the extra bread we asked for. We didn’t want to order right away but sit and enjoy our cocktails. He badgered us to order saying he would delay the food. We politely said we would wait and he was upset. Went away and then didn’t come back for over 15 minutes…making us then wait! Wouldn’t fill my son’s wine glass…seemed not to like him. Food was delicious and we had leftover to take home even with only “1” side! Didn’t come to a nice place like that to be told I’m wrong!

I usually have a steak because they are always the best. But, this time I decided to try the salmon. It was exquisite! I paired it with the butter lobster mashed and it was pure heaven! Our waiter was very attentive and provided great service. Can't wait to go back.

Enjoyed our reservation at Eddie V’s the server was well experienced, gave amazing recommendations and was very attentive. The patron margaritas were great, lobster bisque was an amazing starter. Can never go wrong with their entrees. Celebrated my partners birthday here and they made the table cute with decor. Would recommend to everyone. A great treat.
