Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier.     I’m a repeat diner, but it’s been maybe a year since I’ve been here. And it didn’t disappoint. Our food was delicious - especially favorites (crab fried rice and banana foster butter cake). Our waiter (Andrew) was attentive and professional. Our food came out in a timely manner, the food temperature was in point. And they gave us my dessert for free, bc it was my birthday. No question I’ll be back.

    Fantastic evening! We celebrated our wedding anniversary. The wine selection from sommelier Joe was perfection, service from Kevin was wonderful, and we really appreciated the service provided by Ingrid, with such sweet and friendly smiles. Well done!

    I’ve been to Eddie V’s in Troy a few times, but my recent experience with our waitress, Jody, was hands down the best I’ve ever had. She was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that our night was special. Jody didn’t just provide great service—she overextended herself in the best way, making my husband, our friends, and me feel truly valued. Her warmth, professionalism, and personal touches elevated the entire evening. I would gladly return just to have Jody as my waitress again. She was simply amazing!

    Food was great and only surpassed by our waiter’s service, which was very attentive. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

    Always a nice experience. Service is great. I understand the food be priced for the quality and preparation, however the cocktails are more than you spend in a major downtown area. That I don’t understand.
