Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection.     Great dining experience. My significant other and I made NYE dinner reservations at a bar top. We were seated in the bar area near the lively band. I wish I could remember our waiter’s name because he was fantastic. The food and drinks were top notch and came out with perfect timing. Our waiter offered us a complimentary sample dessert that was the perfect couple of bites. We had a great time and will be back!

    This was a great way to start our New Year’s Eve celebrations! Always great food n drinks but the shining stars are the staff members. We are always welcomed and treated so well. Thanks for all you do!

    Amazing as usual, my girlfriend and I just love this place and coming here for NYE has been a tradition for us the last 4 years. The food and service was phenomenal and Anthony took care of us all night and couldn’t have been better!

    I’m a repeat diner, but it’s been maybe a year since I’ve been here. And it didn’t disappoint. Our food was delicious - especially favorites (crab fried rice and banana foster butter cake). Our waiter (Andrew) was attentive and professional. Our food came out in a timely manner, the food temperature was in point. And they gave us my dessert for free, bc it was my birthday. No question I’ll be back.
