Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection.     Thank you for making my 13th wedding anniversary very special. From the warm welcome to the great tasting food, the champagne toast and dessert. Jesse was awesome and she was very attentive. We will make sure to ask for her section again. Just an incredible time.

    I’ve been here a few times, but last night’s experience with my wife was incredibly disappointing. First, the service was unusually slow. We had to flag down our server every time we were ready to order the next course. To make matters worse, we were seated on the bar side, which we normally like, but it was freezing cold to the point that my wife was uncomfortable the entire time. When we ordered our usual vodka martinis, the waitress came to the table with the shakers—without caps on them—and proceeded to swirl the martini around in the shakers at the table. It felt rushed and unprofessional. The seafood tower, which used to be a highlight for us, has also been downgraded. It’s now so skimpy that it’s barely enough for one person, let alone a proper shareable appetizer. Sadly, I don’t see myself returning any time soon. There are other steakhouses in the Troy area that are better organized and more consistent. This was a letdown for a place I once frequented.

    the wait for a table was excessive. whats the point of a reservation when i have to wait at the cold front door for over 45 mins for a spot.

    Great food, great service, great ambience! The stuffed shrimp and the lobster tacos are sensational! Our server Kevin was very attentive and had excellent knowledge of the menu. Overall our evening was incredible!
