Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier.     The food was all delicious! Our waitress was awesome, she was at our table just the right amount of time and always right on. The rack of lamb was amazing especially with the chimichurri sauce. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and she loved the food and the atmosphere. Well done!

    Beautiful restaurant with beautiful food! Our Tuna and Seabass were amazing! The burrata beet salad is one of my favs!

    We had great time at Eddie V’s. The service was top notch. That was our wedding anniversary and they made this event very memorable. Thanks to all and especially the server Joshua was amazing 10/10

    This is our third visit to Eddie V’s, and our experience has consistently been wonderful. The hostesses and servers have always been wonderful and the food is always delicious. I love the live soft jazz that plays during our meals. It’s never too loud so I can’t hear who I’m speaking with, and it’s always very tasteful and nice to listen to.  Our server goes above and beyond every time to make you feel special, and have your needs met. Love it there.

    Want to give a shout out to Thomas our waiter. He went above and beyond and highly recommend this place and this waiter. Thank you Thomas for our first time experience.

    We traveled a few more miles than we were use to. But we love the Plano location. Our Waiter Bradley was great. We'll be back soon
